I love how beauty guru's are taking more and more drag tricks [ombre brows, the intense contour, 3D lips, cooking etc] calling them their own and acting like they are brand new trends. The whole world will be in drag soon, lol. Regardless, you are beautiful in and out of drag. Bone structure to die for.
+Caitlin Shreiber (CyborgCaitlin) I think what she meant was that beauty gurus (straight girls mostly) use drag queens' make up tricks, wich is not a problem, but the problem is that they give credit to themselves for that, and that's a problem :\
And although they are interesting and can be good with makeup, with all the exaggeration they do, I wouldn't suggest using it as a template for your own makeup ladies. Drag queens are cool and all but I highly doubt any of you biological women would want to be mistaken for a drag queen. (No offense to all you men out there who do drag!)
Glooria Glitter Well I guess there are exceptions! Haha no offense if I sounded rude. I Just meant for the women and girls who are looking for things like contouring and stuff like that and that it's not something to do for an every day makeup look because drag is all about exaggeration. Unless someone wants to do it everyday then that's their choice to!
Karsyn Cloud I just dont understand whats so bad about being mistaken for a drag queen, I mean it's nothing to be ashamed of. If a girl thinks it beautiful and thats the way she wants to do her make up there should be nothing said about it.
Many girls don't want to be mistaken for a guy dressing like a girl. There's nothing bad with doing drag or the makeup nor did I ever say it wasn't beautiful, but a lot of girls would find offense to be mistaken for a guy wearing makeup, obviously there are exceptions as example shown above. But still. Majority of girls wouldn't want to be mistaken for a guy in makeup as part of their every day life.
Spent almost 20 mins watching Miss Fame transform.. I have no regrets! Miss Fame is really a pro for the amount of time he has been doing drag! He's really started to grow on me, definitely one of the most talented queens and also my favourite queen!
I could sit and watch drag queen makeup tutorials all day. it is such a wonder to see the transformation...I can't believe my eyes. I try to 'contour' my 'cheekbones" and I look like a 2 year old was set loose on my face with a brown crayon...I want to be a drag queen...Miss Fame you are perfection at its finest.
'Creating' a new crease and redrawing the eyebrows is the hardest thing. There is nothing to follow and you have to be extremely steady and patient. Kudos to you
Fierce makeup! Drag queens are my ultimate inspiration. Drag looks very expensive but I respect the queens because they cater to the public. Do more drag looks! :D
The artistry and skill in this tutorial is without a doubt astounding! I'm awed watching this, just as when watching a skilled painter, sculptor, or craftsman, at the amount of time and passion that has gone into developing and perfecting the demonstrated techniques. Miss. Fame is joining my short-list of admirable artists; having taught myself to draw, design websites, and renovate houses I have a deep respect for self-made artists... especially those who've perused their passion in spite of negativity. I thank you Miss.Fame for being kind and generously sharing your skills with us the, often ungrateful, Internet masses. I applaud you and hope you will be encouraged by the fact that you've inspired and encouraged me with your bravery, tenacity, and ingenuity. ROCK ON!! "A successful man is one who can lay a firm foundation with the bricks others have thrown at him."~David Brinkley "You can fail at what you don't want, so you might as well take a chance on what you love."~ Jim Carrey
Couldn't help but notice all the comments that were along the lines of "be a man! Stop wearing makeup!". Is your masculinity so fragile that some makeup will shatter it instantly? What are you doing watching this video then? Surely there must be some sort of interest in makeup that you must have. Or will that also shatter your masculinity? Does your masculinity mean that doing things outside your traditional gender norms (that have no logical reasoning) mean some sort of weakness? If so, please tell me about strength in conformity and forcing others to conform. Anyways, Miss Fame, you look gorgeous honey.
Her paint job seems way more elaborate than a lot of the previous RPDR queens in terms of detail, precision, layers, etc. The skillz! Is she a trained makeup artist?
I only have the attention span for video 5 minutes or under, - but this video was SIMPLY AMAZING, 20 minutes flew by! You did an awesome job, you're very talented!
I felt like I was watching Michelangelo paint some famous work of art. Absolutely astonishing. Very talented. About half way through I realized my mouth was hanging open. By the end I realized I was doing it again. Bravo!
I just started watching Drag Tutorials recently and I'm in such a awe with all the effort you all guys put in your makeup to make it beautiful and how much you enjoy doing it and have fun I honestly ask myself how can someone hate you YOU ARE SO AWESOME thanks for sharing your videos
WOW! I really enjoyed watching this, I'm quite fascinated by drag. There's a lot of tips that a regular girl can use here, just on a much smaller scale (hehe). Speaking of, I've always wanted to use a setting spray but I'm just too scared it'll make my eye makeup run. You look amazing with and without drag makeup.
You have taught me SO MUCH about makeup Miss Fame! It can be intimidating at first, but you are so precise and thorough with your instructions and are seriously the best makeup artist I've ever seen... on top of being out of this world gorgeous
Despite the heavy makeup layers, your skin looks totally phenomenal!!! And your camera gets close to you!!!! Amazing!!! Miss Fame Forever!!!!! Love you!!!
Fame, holy shit, that was the best, clearest, and descriptive tutorial I have ever watched! most tutorials I have to skip thru parts but yours I watched start to finish. That was the best example of eyebrow cover up I have ever seen!
exactly what I was thinking!! I've been doing makeup (for myself, friends, school theater, etc) for 25 years and I'm watching this video thinking "OMG I've never had eyeliner look that good" or "how does the contouring look so easy on here but in my hands or on my face makes me look like an actual potato?!"
I can't imagine how long you take to paint, i mean this video is 20 minutes long with jump cuts and quick speed! Not complaining tho, it looks absolutely flawless.
I feel like watching you taking all that make up off would be just as interesting and entertaining! specially curious about the brows, such a beautiful look though!
I absolutely love your makeup tutorials. OMG, you are so talented! I was rooting for you in RP Drag Race, but you're already a winner girl! None of them had such a well done, polished, elegant and drop-dead gorgeous makeup ever! A big kiss all the way from Brazil.
this helps so much I'm 14 trying/wanting to become a drag queen im wanting to buy makeup so I can learn how to do it and watching these vids helps so much
4 minutes in and I suuuuuuuuubscriiiibedddddddd like OH MY GOD.....I enjoyed watching you do your tricks and just the whole artistry of MAKE UP! Great skillz! And you are SO CUTE without make up, I was taken back and was like WHOA....!!!😍😍😍😍😍😍😍❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️👌✨ I love your chiseled face!!! 😍😍😍😍😍❤️❤️❤️❤️👌✨ *totally crushing on you* I prefer you with the drag make up with your short hair, you look so hott! 😍😍😍😍😍😍❤️❤️❤️❤️💖✨👌
The most pearl-clutchingly brilliant makeup vid I have ever laid my eyes on. And this was 5 YEARS AGO?!!!!! Took my breath away. You bet I'll be following your gorgeous self!
I am 22, a woman and wearing make up since I am 13....after watching this video I want to hide in a corner and cry because this guy is AMAZING! I thought I can put on make up pretty good but now I know that I totally suck at it :D Damn it...I need to practice.
This is the first video I watched of Fame a few years ago, her makeup looks a bit different now but she just manages to look beautiful in everything she does. Also, every hair color and style looks good on her. Fame, you really are a supermodel, the Linda Evangelista of drag!! I love you and you inspire so much. x
Would you marry me ? Man or drag, equally, you are simply otherworldly . I am really not into drag myself or make up, but this is simply mesmerizing to watch and you have excellent taste in music which makes it even more pleasant. You are a Unicorn.
NO THATS NOT WHAT SCARES ME! ITS THE HIGH ARCHED BROWS, THE BIG DARK EYES AND DRAMATIC BONE STRUCTURE. THE EXTRAVAGANT HAIR AND THE CLOTHING. IT REMINDS ME OF URSULA FROM THE LITTLE MERMAID THATS WHAT I MEAN WHEN I SAY SCARY.
*I truly hate to admit it* but ten years later and this entire tutorial is still so innovative. Again I HATE to say it but Miss Fame was genuinely so ahead of her time with this tut 😭❤️
H. Wilson wow great tutorial and you are gorgeous,i've viewed many transformation makeup tutorial but yours actually breaks it down so that its doable thank you
I'm not trying to start anything, but I really hate comments like this. Just because he is a male, it does not automatically mean he can not apply makeup well. Of course he is amazing, he is a professional;gender should not serve as any hinderance to his work.
Squash Pie Sorry? I just wanted to say because thats the first thing that came to my mind when he started doing all the eyeliner work. I mean look how skilled he is :o but I do completely agree with your comment.
I always find it strange when people do eyes before foundation, it seems counter intuitive. Could some explain to me the difference with doing eyes before foundation and vice versa?
The problem with doing eyes after foundation is that when you use a lot of eyeshadows and blend them there WILL be fallout. When you try to remove it from your foundation it can become grey and dirty looking. At this point you basically have to remove everything and start all over again. So it is to asure that everything is nice and clean. However the fallout can be removed safely if you loosly apply alot of powder on your cheeks. This way the fallout has no time to settle and you can dust it right of with a fluffy brush :)
Saboth Brainiac But don't people hold tissues under their eyes for that same reason? To prevent fallout? I mean I wouldn't know, I don't really wear much make up and I'm not any good at it - but can't you just put something underneath your eyes to protection other areas of face? Maybe it isn't so easy to do by yourself - if you have a make up artist it's easier I suppose?
Its easier when you do somebodys face but so much can go wrong with a tissue. You could remove foundation under it, you could mess up your contour, the tissue could fall of or you loose it for a second and you get some shadow on your cheeks anyway ( if it is high pigment a tiny bit is enough to ruin everything XD), ... there is so much that can go wrong with that. Powder is just safer and you have it on your face anyway :)
I do my eyes first as i found i would do my contour and cheek then some dust from the eye shadow falls and espically if its black ruins the whole thing! So i do my eyes first and then do the rest to avoid all that
Woow 👌🏼 you're so good!! You baked your face even before this technique became famous on youtube. Good job, well done!!! You're really beautiful!!! Thanks for sharing!!! 🎀💋
That was quite gorgeous indeed! It was so cool to see all the foundation creams and powders come together. My favorite was the eye makeup - it was just like a painting!
💯
Literally see no problem with this. Do you see how perfect her makeup is? Just let me be like 1/10th of that amazing
+Caitlin Shreiber (CyborgCaitlin) I think what she meant was that beauty gurus (straight girls mostly) use drag queens' make up tricks, wich is not a problem, but the problem is that they give credit to themselves for that, and that's a problem :\
+Les Névrosés. I have never seen any gurus claim to have invented anything
I think it's more that they dont give credit where credit is due...
Drag queens are so freaking interesting! Whether you like them or not, they can be so inspirational. They do what they want while looking flawless.

Unless someone wants to do it everyday then that's their choice to!
Glooria Glitter I'm just getting into Faux queens, I just found out they were a thing and I'm excited to get in to it.
Karsyn Cloud I just dont understand whats so bad about being mistaken for a drag queen, I mean it's nothing to be ashamed of. If a girl thinks it beautiful and thats the way she wants to do her make up there should be nothing said about it.

This is ART.
Yes!
Miss Fame has some of the best makeup in drag herstory. I think its really generous of her to share her secrets with us. Thanks!
You guys are really the best make up artists!!!
Thank you for the compliment!

you are beautiful! wow.
'Creating' a new crease and redrawing the eyebrows is the hardest thing. There is nothing to follow and you have to be extremely steady and patient. Kudos to you
agreed!
So stunning! Drag really is a work of art and I love seeing all the makeup looks they use. Wish I was as talented as the beautiful Miss Fame!

Fierce makeup! Drag queens are my ultimate inspiration. Drag looks very expensive but I respect the queens because they cater to the public. Do more drag looks! :D
It is so fucking expensive you have no idea ... ( Its actually ok since the products are quite high yield)
Well that's what I said. Drag IS expensive.
The queens that get to Ru Paul's drag race can make up to $10,000 a night (for Halloween or special things).
Love this!

**TEARS** you are so beautiful and who I learned everything from

Yassss Bitch read that Closet Queen!
Her paint job seems way more elaborate than a lot of the previous RPDR queens in terms of detail, precision, layers, etc. The skillz! Is she a trained makeup artist?
Yes she is a celebrity make up artist as well as a drag queen :)

Would you marry me ? Man or drag, equally, you are simply otherworldly .
I am really not into drag myself or make up, but this is simply mesmerizing to watch and you have excellent taste in music which makes it even more pleasant.
You are a Unicorn.
I'm totally obsessed with your work, learning so much how to bring youth back to my face. You are beautiful and amazing. Thanks for sharing your gift
Drag queens are kinda scary to me but I do admire the makeup! Its so many steps to take and it looks good.
IF SEEING A MAN IN MAKEUP IS WHAT SCARES YOU, THEN I FEEL VERY NERVOUS FOR YOU.
YOU KNOW WHAT REALLY SCARES ME? IS PEOPLE WHO ARE SO NEGATIVE AND HAVE TO COMPLAIN AND BULLY ON ALMOST EVERY VIDEO THEY WATCH, LIKE YOU!
I WANT TO WRITE ALL CAPS TOO !!! WEEEEEEEE ... THIS IS FUN!
Hot man and gorgeous woman rolled into one. What else could you ask for?
wow, I like you so much as a boy... so handsome! I've got a crush now :P
He is so gorgeous!!!
*I truly hate to admit it* but ten years later and this entire tutorial is still so innovative. Again I HATE to say it but Miss Fame was genuinely so ahead of her time with this tut 😭❤️

Squash Pie Maybe Peeti's comment was a general statement that you misinterpreted?
Please go for rupaul drag race season 7
10 yrs later guess whaaaaat 😅
Spoiler, she didn't win
I can't, you are so gorgeous in and out of drag!
Beautiful love Miss Fame

The good looking ones are always gay. The good looking gay ones are also fabulous at makeup. Do you see that transformation! Damn!
That was quite gorgeous indeed! It was so cool to see all the foundation creams and powders come together. My favorite was the eye makeup - it was just like a painting!
