You are king of long flights Paddy. I thought my commute between Austin and Bangkok was long at 30 hours. Love the Christmas tree. Get a Google Fi Phone no need to change sim cards in new counties mate. Even thought it is a bit pricey for my phone at 80 usd a month. I think you should change the title of this video to "Do you need an E-sim" Little disappointing I was hoping a more south America stuff mate.

keen to see your patagonia adventures-4 years ago we we went down to Patagonia,jumped a a vessel(only 200 passengers) and travelled from Punta Arenas out to Cape Horn,then back on dry land we hired a car and travelled to To Torres del Paine national park,where we stayed for 5 days-it was absolutely stunning,with some great walks,but boy,did the wind blow!

Especially in this day and age where you need banking codes send to your phone. Swapping sims out is a nightmare. So 100% recommend them as well. I have been watching you since the beginning of the Bugeteers and have always loved your videos Paddy. But, you have gone from saying “I will never have in video promotions” to this, a video that is a 14 minute infomercial. I hope they paid you allot paddy because I’m not watching this. This is the first video I have ever thumbs downed.
I think this is very unfair, you should support paddy as at the start he invested into camera equipment and learned to edit and took a step in chasing his dreams! Paddy probably didn’t get paid anything worthwhile from TH-cam at the start and you enjoyed his content for free. You should be happy for him and that companies are sponsoring videos so he is able to make more videos for us to enjoy!

Used an esim when roadtripping Australia earlier this year, from Canada. Was super simple to have cell service while we were there, and too right... so much better than having to spend an hour in the airport getting a local sim.
Paddy has to do what he does and try things. Every negative comment is still driving algorithms and making the video get more exposure. People can read the comments and skip the video….wait for the next one with all the content they want. It’s as if people think he didn’t consider the plus/minus before doing it. 🙄🤣
