Yeah I agree the PSP game did a much better job of conveying the epicness just like Storm which did it better but Connections to me I feel it just has better graphics.

Bandai didn't develop either game they just publish them since they hold the videogame licenses for the franchises.
CC2 developed the Storm games, while Byking and Gamedrops developed Curshed Clash. Bandai had nothing to do with the development process, though the 'low effort' goes into the fact that CC2 wanted to be done making Naruto games, but Bandai made them create Storm Connections for that Naruto anniversary money.
If they're gonna do this close of a comparison to the Pain boss fight, then at least allow us to have Merz playable, and Nanashi as well.

The fact that Naruto’s rasengan was as powerful as that raiton rasengan from Boruto speaks a lot about how powerful Naruto was at ninjutsu

First: Both made a simple rasengan.
Boruto's raiton rasengan makes it vanish.
Second: Naruto's reseñan seems more powerfull on the game than in the manga and anime.
And finally, the power of the rasengan depends of the script. Most of Naruto's rasengan did not kill anyone and did no damage. Only when it was necessary for the plot. Otherwise is as weak as someone hitting you with pillows.

i would assume it's due to the chakra same way some ninja during the war arc felt Narutos pain and backstory when he gave them the ninetails cloak. it seems chakra carries memories with it (if you're utilizing someone else's chakra they willingly gave to you) so that's why from a literal perspective. from a meta perspective its just cause Boruto doesn't have a story worth remembering for any dramatic moment.

I’ll be completely honest, I understand ultimates got cut shorter to make online gameplay faster but it’s truly lazy work to not at the very least give the other characters new ults. From storm 4 to connections there was I believe a 7 year gap or 8 either way that’s still a pretty long time, so there’s literally no reason why there wasn’t new ults given to preexisting characters.
