Hello! Congratulations for getting placed here. You will love the place. I have been living here since 20 years now and can confirm it is truly a peaceful place. The security, safety are top notch and you never have to worry about anything. All your belongings, everything remains safe! There are CCTV cameras everywhere. No one enters the township without an ID card which is given to every resident. As an employee; all your needs are taken care of by the company. You have daily vehicle that picks you up from your home and drops you to the refinery/work location. You get all facilities like a fully furnished home with water purifier, 24*7 electricity ⚡️, all restaurants are inside that serve good hygienic food and do home delivery too. All home repair like plumbing, carpentry, electrician are taken care of - you don’t have to worry about any of it. You just register a complaint and they come and fix the issue. There is a medical centre inside and you get round the clock doctors there. You will also have a fully protected medical insurance for self + your family. There’s a lovely school inside township which is till class 12th. I myself have studied there and it’s amazing with a CBSE curriculum. If you have kids: they get to study there. This school is only for children of employees at RIL. There are regular events, marathons, festivals etc celebrated inside. There’s a beautiful temple too. It’s all clean and green. There are strict fines for throwing garbage on road or plucking flowers etc- so no such things allowed. Hence; all the greenery is protected. If you are coming with family - you will love the place even more. If you are coming alone - you might feel isolated at first because it’s quiet as compared to city life but once you make friends at work and then hang out with them - you will start to love it. And trust me; once you start feeling the peace - you will find it very rewarding and relaxing!! After that; you might not like city life as much too 😇😎 best wishes!!!
Hi,do the company provide fully furnished accomodation for we can rent out the property in reliance greens. actually m shifting here with my two toddlers so little worried abt the facilities..can you plz help me out
@@triptijain9557Hi Tripti, you don’t need to worry. The company will themselves provide you with an apartment. There’s no option to rent in the township. You get the apartment without any charges as a part of your employment benefits where you can stay till you are employed at the company. The apartment will not be fully furnished but it will have the electricity and water purifier installed. The furniture you will have to get your own or buy from the local stores. You can confirm this from the HR Once - it is possible that they might provide you with a discount on furniture or an option to get a furnished accommodation too so please do check once. Apart from this; all grocery stores, Hypermarket, medical centre, school up to 12th std, a play school all are in the township and there’s a shuttle service inside that runs every 30 minutes and takes you wherever you want to go - it charges only Rs 5 per person. All facilities are nearby, safe, and secure - so be rest assured, you’ll be well taken care of. Best wishes!

It will be given to you free of cost as a part of the benefits that come with your employment. For employees with children: you will get an entire 2 BHK apartment for yourself where you get to stay with your family. The apartment can also be a 3 BHK depending on your position in the company- this will be confirmed by the HR before you come here. But rest assured, you get all amazing facilities including clean water, 24*7 electricity, all clean electric, plumbing etc facilities taken care of - you don’t have to worry or pay for it… full security and free education in the school inside township for your children. There’s also a gym in the township which is free to use for employees and their families (above 18 years old can access gym free of cost) there are parks, restaurants, shopping complexes, 24*7 medical centre, swimming pool etc all services inside.
