I just realized that I have never once placed a chimney based on where the fireplace is. Brb editing all my builds.
I always used to do this, then recently I went back to Sims 3 to do a challenge. I realized that while building a house in TS3, if you put down a fireplace, the game would automatically create a chimney through the roof above... That was the moment I flashbacked to all the poor decisions I've made in my Sims 4 builds.

That's kinda sorta what I did just recently with my witchy/haunted house-looking cafe: Whole outside of house looks Halloweeny. Downstairs is the gothy cafe. Upstairs, where the owner would live: HAPPY BRIGHT PASTELS! XD

I may or may not have come up with a story for the dining room. The owner of the house is very superstitious and thinks that it's bad luck to have seating arrangements be even numbered, so, five chairs at the dining table, three barstools, five seats in the living room, the sideways chair on the patio, etc...
maybe that’s why the chair in the living room is shoved away, because with it it’s 6 seats

In my house we also have only 5 chairs at the dining table, my parents actually got a discount when they bought the table because one chair was missing, so yeah 😂
she should've just added more chairs she could've easily done that ;-; she should've added won more chair in the middle of the 2 chairs and then 2 chairs by the other chair she accidently placed in the middle, and I also really like the story you came up with XD

1. Children should 100% not be on actual TH-cam (where comments exist) as they’re too young. They can use TH-cam kids which doesn’t show comments, as far as I know. If they’re on normal TH-cam then they’ve already seen worse than people mentioning shots
2. Teenagers already know about shots lol

It's kind of nice to see a normal home in Sims, lol..my apartment would look crazy probably. I bought everything second hand, I have a door leaned against the wall that I'm looking at right now laying in bed 😂 I have a bedside table in front of my kitchen cabinet or else my cat will get in and eat the dog food, lol! Oh, and my bedside table is a chair..😂
The deck chair incident reminded me of my aunt's house- one of her chairs is just facing the forest, it's kind of nice.

How to win this challenge:
1. Stick up to any mistakes or find creative or fun ways to hide/cover them up.
2. No BB.moveobjects unless needed.
3. Don't use sims 3 camera unless you need the precise rotating.
4. Have fun because that's all that matters, we all have flaws. :)
Sims 3 camera? do you remember what you meant by that?
@@katherine_rosalita Yes. When you use the sims 3 camera and place an object, you drag your mouse to rotate it. Normally it only rotates the (8?) directions. But when you press the alt key, you can rotate it freely all 360°.

@@katherine_rosalita If you go into the game and see the small camera icon you can change to the camera setting (also can be done in settings).
If you go in the video you will see the small camera button on the top right.

my parents had a grand piano but nobody in our immediate family played piano. we kept it in our living room and used it to display christmas cards and stuff. it was a wedding gift for my parents from her weird rich uncle.

Definitely the tub. At least the other three are "functional" in that they can still technically work, but that tub is just broken and unusable

My computer froze at 15:56 and I tried to go forward and back, but Simsie remained frozen in disappointment as her earlier confident voice played over it.

she copied the other roof, like she did at the front. her rules are that once you stop dragging it's done, and she hadn't dragged it yet.

I thought of a build challenge, it's kinda tedious but basically you would build normally but everytime you touch (aka move the furniture) you have to change to the next swatch, I think it would make for a hilarious looking house as it would also be a no mistake kinda thing were you can only change the swatch when you move it and you have to start on the first swatch of every item

Doing the "no mistakes challenge".. BUT ALSO! being stuck with an item the moment you drag it out of the catalog! If you drag it into the world, you have to use it. This also means having to decide on swatches while inside the catalog without being able to check if it even fits the build.

the last time i was the early lilsimsie didn't have a face-cam.
You should do a randomized build order challenge, put all the stuff that goes into a build into a wheel and spin it to decide what you do next. So exterior walls, interior walls, landscaping, furnish kitchen, furnish bathroom, windows and doors, etc etc.
So if the wheel says to furnish the bathroom first, you'll have to put a bunch of bathroom stuff on the grass where you think the bathroom will be until you get to exterior and interior walls

May I explain something to you? Views are actually not just clicks, you need to watch the video for a certain percentage of the time to count as a view. So you can actually both comment and like before you count as a view :)

I built my real house in The Sims today. It literally took 5 hours
Also ps you should try a varient of this challenge - whatever you place down, you cannot change the swatch and you cannot delete it, but you're allowed to move it. This includes walls, fences, rooves, ect. - if it can be moved without changing dimensions/swatches/colors, you're good to move it but nothing else
