As someone who is new to San Diego, your content is super appreciated my dude. Great videos - super easy to watch, sick riding, and very informative. Thanks!
Yes!!! YES!!! This is what I want to build out in Palm Desert! I need to get in touch with the builders. They did a great job. I’d like to learn about their erosion control plan with the soil here too.
Hey I was just there today! I thought that was you I saw, but I wasn't sure and didn't want to ask some random person if they were you :D I believe you were leaving as I showed up.
@@MTBTrailReview I think it's fantastic. Really great place to learn. I haven't been back to the Mission Trails BMX loop since the first time, so jump progression hasn't been very common. This place should help change that :D
It has three jump lines. The smallest one is still a decent size, and it's great for progressing on a mountain bike. The middle one is pretty big, and it's more of a bmx/dirt jumper style line. I can clear it every once in awhile, but it's not easy. The big line has near vertical lips, and was not made with mountain bikes in mind. I haven't tried it yet.
That’s awesome! I’ve seen a few clips of this park on the news and TH-cam. Your video did a good job of showing all the different areas. I’ve been working on getting more confidence on drops, will definitely check out that section.

That would be amazing! If you contact the SDMBA they can probably help you contact the builders.
MTB Trail Review hey - drop me an email: chburrell42@gmail.com

What do you use to film, I went there at the grand opening and next time I go I want to film it:)
I'm using the Rylo. They just sold the company, so their cameras are half off right now.
Hi, where is this exactly... I thought maybe this was the pump track in Carmel Valley but now I’m not so sure... thx!!
Freakin awesome
Awesome! But how do you stand that creaking from the bike!?!
It was a mystery that drive me crazy for weeks. I have a different bike now.
My bike does same thing. Can't figure it out
Would you say this is a good place to practice jumping or is it more of a pump track? I couldn't quite tell in the video.

@@MTBTrailReview Thank you! I've been meaning to check it out for myself anyway, love your content.
@@Giovanni6501 No worries, and thank you. I'm out there a lot. Stop me and say hello if you ever see me there.
I miss this place......Open it up already!!!!
Agreed! I'm ready.
Do you have to pay to use the park?
No. It's free and maintained by the county!

Looks more like an obstacle course, too many people 😅. Definitely weekday would be better.
It has calmed down quite a bit now that the novelty has worn off.
I’m in Otay! Super close
Nice. Go ride it! It's amazing.

This is the Sweetwater Bike Park. It's off the 125 just north of the 54.
MTB Trail Review ok thanks. And thanks for your time posting such motivating vids!
