This game looks an awful lot like 20 minutes to Midnight. Developers need to get their own damn ideas.

There's some real poetry in this Darkness 15 run. In the beginning when he played this game, NL was a dragon hater, and he recognizes how this has changed over time and reflects on the idea that he got a dragon within the first minute. Then, near the end of the run, when chat was saying to take Glare, he dismisses them at first, just as he did with the dragon. Later, he realizes the potential, taking Glare and eventually learning that it enhances his run, just like how he did with the dragon.
Caused him to take the summon book over the elemental book on an elemental run though, kind of ridiculous he even won
Also his first win in the game I believe was using the shotgun and reroll character. So it all went full circle.
Quite enhanced
The character development is sick this season
Can't wait for the DLC where you play as a retail worker trying to survive increasingly unresonable customers, 20 Till Lunch

I love that he'll get exactly one (1) crowd control upgrade and 20 damage upgrade and then say "we don't need crowd control, we need bullet damage"

A lot of this run could have gone differently if NL acknowledged that you can use the dragon to shoot at the big crowd while not shooting to keep the big mob small while preserving movement speed but NL is very much a shoot where you walk kinda guy.
He made a legitimately good argument against glare but unfortunately he was completely incorrect lol
Helps that the halo boosted the crap out of his vision range

Can't wait for the DLC where you eagerly await the release of a 2015 horror game where you play as a group of teenagers/young adults who are isolated in the Canadian wilderness and preyed upon by Wendigos. It's called 20 Minutes Till Until Dawn

@@xtremegaming1232 Ryan was playing The Binding Of Isaac, There was an item that was blocked by spikes and pots.
He could use a bomb to break the pots, but instead he went to the shop, ignored the 5 cent bomb and spent 30 cents, (and even used a bomb in the process - you can use bombs or money to reroll the shop) to get more health to walk across the spikes.
The entire time he was patting himself on the back for how clever he was.
@@xtremegaming1232 The 'Pot Play' was from an old Binding of Isaac episode and...jesus christ it's been so long I can't even remember the original context of it now but basically it's NL getting into his own head and deciding something is a really good idea when it's the opposite.

This one had me poggin off my noggin sittin on the edge of my seat the whole way through
Glare + Halo + elemental on hit stuff = wild
Going all the way down the Glare tree one shots the small enemies around you, and really helps a ton when you are getting zurged
Especially when you take Saccade 3 times.
@@kylepotts6784 Triple Saccade is a won run. I mean full Glare tree is almost a won run by itself, but triple Saccade is insane

Why take tome of summoning then no more summons? Do you realize ghost friend applies to the dragon? The knives and the scythe are summons too. The moment you get tome of summons that should be your build
Man, I don't wanna be that guy, but I rarely would take burn heal. I felt like it was a waste, unless I was playing the masochist chick. I would almost always pass up burn heal and extra HP.
I remember having the idea to start an amateur movie review blog back in the day, and the first and last movie review I wrote was on The Sum of All Fears. If I remember correctly, good cast, but relatively weak plot and ended up not being especially fond of it.
That's the problem with a LOT of movies...they're ok...like they're not bad enough to go on a rant about and they're not good enough to sing the praises of, so they're OK and things just being 'ok' makes for terrible content creation/viewing.

Does anyone else sometimes see those glowing white eyes when they close their eyes? Maybe I’ve been playing too much..

also yea my man is 100% correct about glare, if they did like a synergy between the glare and magic lens trees in which it increases glare damage based on summon damage or smth, it'd be swag
edit: even after a fuckin 5* damage buff to the ability, it still didn't provide relevant damage when its damage was sextupled from the triple upgrade take
(this is me wishing I could have a good glare build but it's just so bad, at least have a pickup range synergy or smth)
What drugs are you on? Glare goes off every game. Triple Saccade and it can be your entire build. Halo obviously helps too, but the Magnet tree has some vision range buffs as well
Imagine saying Zerg never made it to high level play while the number 1, god emperor Seral and is rival Reynor both play zerg :v

@@RaccManiacc Oh I don't know much about Starcraft, I just assumed that Zerg-Rush was always a legitimate strategy given the prevalence of the phrase. And given that, I assumed NL with his encyclopedic knowledge would know that
