this is exactly the type of vampire survivors ive been looking for, not super 3d, this has amazing art.
Yeah it was an instant buy for me considering I played a metric ton of Diablo.
Same, it's exactly what I've been looking for. Plus the upgrade system allows for a surprising amount of variation and the classes add some real flavor, I'd pay $15 and it's only $5.
Nl in the second run be like "Take 10% damage buff challenge (IMPOSSIBLE)"
Yeah, that drove me up the walls
I mean to be fair the extra 10% on the archer isnt that great because it only increases damage by 5 and theres an extra 30% damage for the main hand that increases by 15. So typically for the archer getting crit% and crit damage seems to be the best for damage and of course taking the +30% whenever possible and I think he got unlucky and only got it once this run but usually you can get it a few times. Then of course some movement speed and I take a few points into health regain early because 1 point into it isn't that great but if you have like 3 or 4 it gives a lot of hp over time and of course the +10% strength on archer still isn't bad but I don't think it's the best option most the time as even attack speed and the + projectiles I think gives more dps.

Really trying hard to understand whytf anyone would want to play this over Vampire Survivors or 20 Minutes Till Dawn? In those, leveling u[ is build defining: a brand new ability, or a fundamental change to an existing ability. This is literally just predominately passive stat increases. I'm not shallow enough to be sold on aesthetic alone. What's the appeal? What am I missing?
@@phillystevesteak6982 You need to unlock a lot of stuff to get to the meat of the builds. NL barely scratches the surface here.

@@Ragnell123 So far im liking it but take serious issue with the level scaling. several times I was one shotting only to level up and now be 2 shotting. that feels bad man. thats exactly the opposite of how i want to feel on level up. hopefully that can be tweaked

NL called it a VS clone and I was like "hmm, actually..." and before I could finish the thought this man fuggin snatched my kneecaps. 10/10 NL moment, the dome is as polished as ever
