Dear I am an architect and designed hospitals , there is always a change room and scrub adjacent to Opration theater, so most of doctors writes notes after procedure, they have continue their studies and writes notes throughout the life, so if Dr rajesh took care after 15 years he just not have emotions he is observing the effects of his procedure and developing new updates for future patients. It's never ending study and not only doctor every professional doing same in India and abroad. One can never be perfect only practice makes man perfect.
