Dear sir. I am from Vietnam I feel very thankful for His video, because I am also in the machinery, looking forward to a lot of health to make many useful videos, again thank you very much
I have completed several new videos. These are used in my training classes. It takes approximately 80 hours to develop the videos and labs for a one hour class. I plan to release portions of the videos soon.
what will cover in your online training course? i want to learn the servo alarm, servo guide software on inline monitor axis behave, and troubleshot, thanks. and how to contact you?
I'm hoping to start the online training, or some version of it, by this summer. From the looks of things, it will consist of software labs to be conducted on dedicated computer terminals.

Mr Robbins i have a really basic question involving the water tank and the process of cleaning it thoroughly. i operate the fanuc acia series c400ia/c600ia
It's important to understand that the F and G codes used in a part program are in no way related to the F and G addresses used in the ladder. They just happen to be the same letter.
hello jonh i have a doubt about other thing, are there way of check the variable in the macro for example #1001 how i know for each variable in each parameter or variable of system??
Hi Mr. john, I have AMADA punch turret (AC 2510-NT). while working, this alarm is appearing: lubrication2 number 2325. i don't find this alarm in maintenance catalogue. please help me to solve this problem. thanks
To an extent. The Fanuc control has an option that allows it to interact with Allen Bradley. This is typically done via an Ethernet connection. You would still need to set certain G-addresses in order to run the control. An interface would need to be written to handle this. Hitachi Seiki did this with their Seicos Doctor. It would be easier to have it written in Fanuc Ladder III.
F122.0 is the high speed skip signal. It could be used as the input of the probe trigger signal. The probe is a real-world device. Its signal will be input to the CNC directly so that the CNC will capture the current position values. But yet FANUC assigns an F address to this signal. It is weird.
That does look strange. I believe that F122.0 (HDO0) is the output status from the CNC to the PMC. It shows the status of the high speed skip signal (HDI0) that is input on connector JA40. It looks like HDI0 is the actual real world input. In this case, it's not an X input since the CNC is reading it directly- not via the I/O rack.
Keep relay K17.0 = 1 will hide the ladder. Set it to 0. If you are not able to change it the ladder may be controlling it. You will need to speak with the builder.
I'm still hoping to get something together for the online training. It is turning out to be a very complicated process. I will post something here when it's available.
john robbins sir... I m from india so it is not possible to come there.. So i just wanted to know that is there any degree or higher qualification required for doing cnc electric maintenance.

The Mazak machines use Mitsubishi controls. While the structure is very close to the Fanuc, the addressing is different. You may wish to contact Mazak for support on this.
So far this is the best and most relevant program I have seen, regarding cnc machines and further training of cnc machine operators!
