Get a tub or a spare aquarium and add a sponge filter in it with a heater depending on the temperature and separate it from the other fish and feed it chicken heart for quick growtg.
And what fish are you keeping them with. Baby oscars are not aggressive enough to defend them selves.

Avi ve kuch nahi kha raha han. Tank ke baki fishi sab khana le raha han sibay arowana ko chor ke. Sab kuch try karke dekhaliya kuch nahi khata bas sara din tank ke pura ghumta reheta han
Shayad bimar hui hogi. Tank ke water changes time to time karo. And uske body par ya fins par notice karo kuch unusual dikh raha hai toh. Agar nahi toh kuch internal issues ho sakta hai.
