Queen Charlotte: you're lucky to understand that friendship is the best possible foundation a marriage can have even if that foundation shall crumble as quickly as it was built Damn after watching her story that part really hurts, befriending the king when they met, marrying and trying to love and know each other only to end up separated because of his illness 😢
I personally believe that the quote @ 1:05 is definitely 'Golden'. And perhaps the best one by far.... And the quotes by Simon @ 1:36-1:52 and 2:11-2:40 are absolutely tantalizing. Reminds me so much of the 2007' movie - "Becoming Jane" In the manner of how the quote is expressed by Simon: "pinnacle... release... come (hence, the point of the climax)". Simon's quote is similar to the quote in the movie (Becoming Jane) given by the character named: Tom LeFroy In the movie, Tom LeFroy commented on Jane's desire of becoming a writer by stating: "If you wish to practice the art of fiction. To be the equal of a -- masculine author. Your horizons must be.... widened " Even though Tom LeFroy's quote seemed crude, arrogant, and very provocative.... It was actually quite true as well. "Becoming Jane" will always be one of my favorite movies... (Simply breathtaking) 💜
Colin and Penelope is too predictable. I think it would have been better for that love to have remained unrequited, and give him an altogether new love interest, but let’s see how it plays out. The thing they do have going for them is mutual respect and friendship.
You can touch yourself...
Daphne's face, i'm dead 😂
Oh how I am looking forward to the seasons for Colin and Eloise!

In the books, Colin and Penelope do end up together so it will definitely be the same in the show.
