I ordered my wife's MUX early 2022 and took delivery in December, ordered my Dmax X-Terran May 2023 and took delivery November, I believe they are back in stock now.
I had a custom 3inch FOX suspension lift installed with 32's on the MUX from Solve Off-road Sydney and it totally transformed the car, night and day difference over the stock suspension, highly recommend!
How have you gone fitting the larger tyre in the spare location with limited space between towbar (assuming you have one) and the panhard rod? I’ve heard a lot of conflicting stories!
32 does fit under with a towbar but only just
Went to the dealer recently. Was told 2 months wait. I guess shipments are better now
Soooo much better!
Good to know arb do recovery points with a stock bumper. Did you install them yourself or did you get them to do it?
We had ARB do it. Install itself isn’t too difficult but I didn’t want to make the small cuts on the bumper - the $300 for install to not do that alone was worth it!
what AT tyres you are using?
Thanks for the comment! Falken Wildpeak AT3Ws
I live in Costa Rica and I have 12 months waiting for my Isuzu mu-x lst 🥴
Thanks for sending your comment from afar! Wishing you good luck that it arrives sooner.
@@ExpeditionExploreAus Yesterday they called me from the dealership and told me that they would deliver my mu-x in two weeks 😍
Wonderful news! It’ll come around in no time!
Have you done a false floor in the back?
No false floor at the moment. We strap our fridge into the tie down points (and child restraint point behind it), and leverage boxes for everything else.
You looking at doing a false floor? I want to do one without removing the seats
The goal would be to add a fridge slide primarily and possibly drawers on the other side. We still need the car to be a 7 seater without having to reinstall the third row of seats (sounds like you do too). Some kind of removable false floor would be the goal.
Hello, we just want to know the name of the ship if that’s alright. Thank you.
Your dealership should be able to tell you if you ask, they know once the order moves to “on water”
I waited 2 weeks for mine
One of the lucky ones!
May i know y MUX?
For us, the MUX was the best value for what we wanted in a 4wd. Good space, practicality around the suburbs, 7 seats, and off-road capability.
Mine is a 22 mu x and had it for a year now. It is a demo car. When i get it , it is already had a aftermarket wheels and tyres fitted plus west coast lift kit installed.
Mileage on the dash is only 900km something so basically it is a brand new 22 model.
Why Isuzu? Why not the popular ones?
First, i go my own way like Isuzu slogan
Second is the value for money
Why you gonna spend too much if you can get what you what to others
You can drive the mu x to the city all the to the outbacks like those popular ones with less to spend i mean in terms of the price of the vehicle.
Never base your decision when the say that toyota, nissan, ford is better off roader vehicle, consider what is fitted on those riggs as well and the one who is driving
So what you're saying is I shouldn't be upset that my mux is only 4 weeks late ATM
Nope! You should see the backlog of ships currently waiting at most of the Australian ports even now!
Ive been waiting 13 months for my LST MUX so far grr
Hopefully not too much longer!
So it's arrived and at home but I'm at work so have to wait a week to see it fifo life
I went to order an LST and they had one sitting in the yard ready to go! Wasn’t expecting that. The release of the Ford Everest has probably helped a lot in that regard.
