- Recent research suggests we are facing epidemics of loneliness around the world, as we struggle to adjust to a turbulent, post-pandemic era. Loneliness and social isolation have also been linked to serious adverse health outcomes. This short video summarizes four evidence-based recommendations, that can help people cope with loneliness:
* Understand that loneliness is common.
* Get active. (Physical activity can help combat feelings of loneliness.)
* Reach out to those around you for support and companionship.
* Focus on the things that really matter to you.
The World Health Organization recently launched a Commission on Social Connection:

That was probably one of the simplest most helpful truths on this subject.
You're not alone in feeling lonely
I loved the part about sharing music with others. Playing with a group has been a wonderful way for me to make friends in addition to the joy of music itself.
Taking a step forward any situation can solve your so many problems...
This video shows me some positivity for who they are struggling with loneliness
Maya is a good script, I think people have isolated themselves even more, the pandemic further deepened the lack of coexistence and also intensified other problems such as alcoholism. I really liked Misha's music, very ad hoc with the animation.
Society has separated us, categorized us, divided us. And promised us happiness. But if it would just let us find each other in the first place, maybe. Maybe it wouldn’t have to try so hard. Loneliness is a symptom of society. Stop trying to force love or acceptance, let it happen on its own.
It seems that such a movies is a most appropriate way to deliver idea to a broader audience. Like it, thanks 🙏
