Anxiety is a problem we all can face including me as i do myself. I also highly suggest to consult an expert but if anyone cant get their courage up to come out explaining there situation which is most likely( most of the people can't) i recommend a book titled ; Don't Believe Everything You See Not a promo or anything, but this book actually explains how thought works and what's the difference between thought and thinking and helps overcome the problems that arise. i do hope everyone sees the better side after a certain period they faced and hope guys like you buy to be a better you showing this comment helped.
