Its preference and playstyle. Weakness policy on stun charizard only works well value wise if you play things slow. With how chris plays it he uses the stun moves as an engage before the enemy hits him. So this means they don't benefit from weakness policy. As opposed to approaching an enemy baiting them to hit u a bit, kite basic attacks, stun them, kite, stun them. All benefiting from weakness policy but you have to play slower and gamble your hp razor claw with this build works well too, since u engage with a stun, and then basic attack energy amplifier is a preference thing again and for the same reasons above only even more so. it is 1 less item for all of the game except when you unite. weakness policy with the way he was playing it using his moves as engages before he takes damage similarily could be argued would be 1 less item most of the game with the way he was playing
I played game today where my team surrendered at the same time the winning team in this video did and my team went through with it 🙃 we would’ve won that game smh I blocked them all
