Cabbage is very versatile can mix up loads of stuff with it, if salt fish dear and you fancy cabbage I open two tins of sardines with sweet pepper, scotch bonnet pepper or what ever veg I have and mix it up it's nice, if you have an ackee tree mix ackee with the cabbage too. With thyme etc. love watching your channel and often try the punches, drinks and food you cook

Hi Momo be careful using human shampoo on Milo it can cause dry skin that irritates him. Also burn his baby skin. Use oat dog shampoo or baby shampoo on him. Try and get the dog shampoo it's best for him. The food looks good, especially with the pumpkin. I love pumpkin.

I'm going to steam both the purple & white cabbage, trying to eat clean so may just mash some chick peas or boil some sweet potato to compliment this colourful meal. Milo Bear will get more accustomed to the bathing in a few and love the water🥰

Hi, just watched your video, love your puppy, just saying most puppies don't like bathing, they don't like water lol. Whenever you bath him he will splash so be careful and be prepared to get the splash Everytime. They hate blow dryers too they hate the noise. Milo sweet. Condolences to you and family. It's very hard. You are dealing. With things very well it's hard but continue to surround yourself with friends rest of the family and the Mitchell's. I am still going through hell as I am a single mother and my 19 year old daughter passed away in my arms she passed four years and have not gotten over it. I talk as is she is still hear and keep myself busy it's extremely hard. So surround yourself with friends and family don't be afraid to cry or talk I break down every day, I allow myself to cry don't keep it in and have quiet times too to reflect.
Momo get a collar and leash for Milo and find somewhere in the bathtub to secure the leash. That will help to secure Milo safely when you bathe him. Also take care with getting soap in his eye. A little glycerine to wipe around the face and eye with cotton to clean that area. Then get a towel for Milo and rub him down with the towel after the bath to dry. He will enjoy that

If you have a blow dryer you can dry him off with that. Get him a doggy brush and brush his hair so it doesn't tangle up.
