I'm 47 and I still run and skip too. Life is too short to walk the entire way.😅 I do hope Mei is better. Being unwell can be truly glum.
47 is still very young. My 66 year old aunt still runs half marathons every weekend

@@albertjanet6056 Hot showers help a lot, also Ibuprofen if you have no contraindications, and plenty of rest :) Also working out helps even though that is the last thing we might want to do

Putting thought and care into each delicious dish that Rose makes is truly her love language. Anyone in her circle is extremely blessed, because Rose has proven time and time again how caring she is. Many times love is expressed by exactly what Rose did for Mei today, by telling her to rest, feel better, I’ll cook for you…..and cook she did! OMGEEE that sticky rice preparation was time consuming! Friendship at its best! ❤❤

Ah yes! That time of the month can really be hard on women. How nice to have Rose's special recipe to stop those cramps. Mei has finally put some colours back on her cheeks after that warm soup to settle the cramps.

This set of life-stories is perfect for teaching many types of basic positive values. If I had children, they would certainly be encouraged to them watch them during recreational screen time (on repeat!).
