CALLED IT! I knew there would be one of these in here! I knew because this building is either owned by, or constructed by the same people who built 115 1 Ave in Spruce Grove. However, that one is a TK because that was installed in 2022, and in 2021, ThyssenKrupp became known as "TK elevator" or "TKE". Anyway, this elevator is basic, but rather boring. However, it's one of the last Signa4s to ever be installed, given the fact that the Signa4s were discontinued in 2019.
