Never played any street fighter game before but I've always been a huge fan of watching it. Just picked up the 30th anniversary and damn do I have a lot of learning to do. Love your voice and love your tutorial. Thanks bud.
Nice video i dont play SF3strike very much cause i dont like the roster but seems a very good game. It's awesome to see how you develop the technique for each trial and your advice. I agree 100% the practice makes the master. Wish in a future a video of Sean or Alex cause those are the only ones i like in the game. Cheers.
I just can't grasp the timing. I feel like every time I should get it, the game doesn't give it to me. This game demands too much out of me. Back to Virtua Fighter and Guilty Gear.
@@Sakaki98 Guilty Gear, at least when I do combos, stuff happens because of the Gatling system. As for VF, combos are (mostly) easy. VF5 has a very generous frame buffer. In fact, every Virtua Fighter is super-easy to get started on. Whomever said that you "need a PhD to play VF" is a liar.
@@edgelord121 Oh, I have. Again, I come back to the frame buffer I mentioned. There's stuff I can do as Akira that I can't even come close to doing in 3S.
guilty gear is way harder in other aspects. here the combos are hard but way shorter but you have to practice. if dudes can do it you can too if you sweat enough
Why can't I get the very first combo close standing short into QCF P smh? Sigh. These games are not very accessible. I can do only do basic combos after playing since May 2021. I can get the low jab or kick into the special, but how tf do you get the standing low kick into the special when the move starts from *down,* then *down forward,* then *forward* + *Punch?*
theres enough time to start the qcf+p motion after a standing normal. just "flick" the stick right after the lk (dont ride the gate). go into practice mode and keep doing it for 10 minutes straight. if it doesnt link, keep increasing the tempo after each attempt. eventually it will come out. now you'll know the speed required and you can practice it that way. once it gets into your muscle memory, you got it for life.
@@ShortFuseFighting Finally got it, but it should be noted that it's seems to be only achievable with *LK* into the special with *LP,* any other P button *(MP, HP)* doesn't get you the combo. Also, crouch *LK* is easier to pull off than standing *LK,* into the special with again, with what must be *LP,* in order to achieve the 2 hit combo.
Where tf is this guy's light kick on that fight stick? it must be where the pinky is located smh. So strange. My layout is like the original arcade game LP MP HP with LK MK HK located underneath, with the two side buttons for 1P and coin from top to bottom.
Perfect tutorial!! I wish every sf tutorials was lime this.
al pacino is teaching me how to beat ass in 3rd strike, im fucking dead
Wow thank you so much for this! Best 3S tutorial I've seen yet. I'm stuck at many of the level 5 trials, this should help a ton.

Teaching him humility
Love your explanation of the nuances for executing each of the combos on stick, super helpful.
Great tutorial. The accent makes me think of like a boxing coach and is the guy I'd want to go to for training.
Awesome tutorial. Very in depth and good editing too. Wish I had seen this way back when 3S: Online came out. Lol.
amazing tutorial, thank you very much
Best guide

thanks man...i play a lot of Sean too so i'll probably make a tutorial for him sooner or later
Oi, thanks for the incredibly well communicated and in-depth guide. Quick question, do you prefer square or octagonal restriction gate on your stick?
octagonal gate is a sin against everything thats holy in this world, far as im concerned ...so....SQUARE no doubt
You remind me of a fighting game Cus D'amato or something.
You should look up what detrimental means lol. Thanks for the tips though

Back to Virtua Fighter and Guilty Gear.
SoftBank47
Both of which are more difficult and demanding than Street Fighter will ever be.

Brah after that mini plinking tut and the timing required, I need to stop playing this game and get my life together smh ha.
