  • When studying the Goal by Eli Goldratt and the Theory of constraints, he talks about the NCX10 and Heat treat as bottleneck but then they have to adjust a number of the "non-bottleneck" resources to increase the flow of the whole plan, so the fastest of them all is something I and defining as a "Breakneck" or the opposite of a bottleneck .
