- When studying the Goal by Eli Goldratt and the Theory of constraints, he talks about the NCX10 and Heat treat as bottleneck but then they have to adjust a number of the "non-bottleneck" resources to increase the flow of the whole plan, so the fastest of them all is something I and defining as a "Breakneck" or the opposite of a bottleneck .

Great video Spencer...makes it easy to understand!
Thanks Nick, we are currently reading "the goal" that dives deeper into these topics. All this as part of a 90 day challenge, I would love it if you could join us. we have a a few more weeks until we do a live stream and openly talk about construction and where we are at and where we are going.
Great pedagogical explanation Spencer! And love the energy!🌱🪴🌳
Thank you John! I hope these videos help teams in construction (or any industry) to win, this is a passion of mine.
Genius 🙌
This is workload leveling in plain English with Theory of Constraints steps. I love this ❤️!
Thank you Felipe! I appreciate your words, and for anyone who wants to dive more into this please join us in the 90 day challenge I have on my TH-cam channel. Felipe I might ask you to join me for a discussion further on this if you have any desire.
