I did a playthrough of terraria infernum, expert, revenge mode, and let me tell you it was pain, the profaned guardians took 100+ attempts and the way I like to play is to prepare as much as it is possible, all potions, the best possible weapon, the best possible equipments. Dragoon if you don't want to quit yet another terraria run I beg of you to download mods such as alchemist lite and magic storage, watch a few videos of terraria QOL mods, the calamity wiki has a lot of information and even full class setups that guide you every step of the way. This of course if you haven't already finished playing and is now just doing the editing.
Infernum Skeletron is undoubtedly hard, but I find that he makes for an amazing bullet-hell skillcheck, since being able to dodge swarms of projectiles in quick succession while attacking at the same time becomes extremely important in hardmode and beyond.
Can we talk about how good of a voice actor Dragoon is? When he did Kyra’s voice, it legit sounded like a girl voice. I would not have been able to tell it was Dragoon voicing her without context!

The best item for dodging does not drop from the eye, the counter scarf (calamity mod) is sold by the normal merchant npc and allows you to dodge and gives invincibility during the dodge.

Dragoon later in this mod you'll bave to kill a boss called "Devourer of Gods". Dont be scared of this boss. The name may nake it look scary, but just so you know, this boss is actually pretty easy. Think of it as a little break in the mod.
this is in no universe the hardest version. there are mods that allows you to use an item that gives all mobs and bosses 7x more dmg and health with now moves. mobs with over 1k and 100khp, everything being capable of clipping through walls and floors, random zombie 1 hit kill, mobs being invisible until they get hit. calamity mod having that big ass annoying UNIQUE AI text that covers 25% of the screen. you need more mods to make it more fun.
