Also, Ray Reardon didn't even win his first title until he was thirty-eight. Steve Davis was twenty-four. Horses for courses. Davis played thirty-eight professional seasons. Reardon played twenty-five. (Longevity?) Davis won nearly two-thirds of his professional matches, Reardon only just over half. Davis also played in an era of more players of much higher levels of competitiveness. The facts do not back up your assertions. I'll agree that Davis was found boring and humourless by most people, but that's irrelevant. We're talking about who was the better snooker player, not who was the most fun entertainer. Even then, though, you would be wrong. Davis has done circuit appearances bordering on standup comedy for years.

The rocket had arrived by then allredy won the UK and masters at this point but yeah at this point hendry was the greatest player anyone had ever seen.
