The system under the capitalist country is the largest contributions to the same system from 1912, when Prison system began. Even today the same system is still and will still be the enabling factor of the same system. This country must just accept that they need to change this current system, and be replaced by the African Ubuntu system based on the African Ubuntu system laws. When I joined the same system in 1985 we were tought about it's foundation and we had tried to change it, but we managed to better the situation than eradicating it. That's has been maintained mostly by the old apartheid Prison system that needs to be done away with. This new minister will reverse all those gains achieved, in betterment of the prison system.
These officials received salaries to guard the prisoners. But they didn't do their jobs! The officials must be suspended immediately. Fire the GENERALS first ... they have been receiving BIG salaries to supervise the officials. But they didn't do their jobs!
