That’s coming if the activist Liberal senators get too obstructionist, look up the Harper era Senate reforms for an elected Senate. The CPC will have the numbers to push such reforms and would dissolve the current Senate in the process.

It was a very real possibility but was shot down. Now I don’t know that the Senate can be abolished at least not without involvement of the UK because of the way the Canadian government is still tied to the UK.

I am a first generation Canadian, born and raised in Vancouver. My parents came here from South America for a better quality of life for their family. I have spent my entire life here and cannot afford to live here anymore. I lost my business to COVID as well as my house. My rent just increased to $4k/mos for me and my family and am forced to move to another province or country that is more affordable. With that being said, I hope your party can create the changes that this country needs to keep families and experienced professionals here in Canada.
