Earth wire is very important for AC. Why you cut that earth wire? Earth wire protects us from shock when any malfunction occurs in split ac.

fitting mai dikat hoga bhai jaisa coolar awaj karta hai wesa hi jada kar raha hai to complain karo jaisa sab ka chalta hai wesa hi aapka bhi chalna chahiye
Vacuum pump the system to 1000 microns and iddylic if possible to 500 microns is in the manual installation in every ac company.
Tape the pipes is also in the manual.
Tape each pipe separate and then the 3 together (include the drain pipe).
The bare parts of the pipe near the outdoor unit should have be covered also.
These steps you skip
Follow the manual.

setting mai dikat hoga aap cool pe set rahne do auto rakha hoga isliye jab thanda room hota hoga wo band ho jata hoga

Very unprofessional installation. Where is the vacuum step that is extremely important? And the tubes are not neatly bundled and routed. I would be very unhappy with this kind on installation. Please do not recommend this installer.
