The green trim updates the exterior, and its still traditional enough to fit with the style of the house. The pack patio is softened by the outdoor curtain panels and outdoor rug. The kitchen was a great remodel. Love the entry wallpaper. Some good tips here!
I don’t know where you live but here in north central Washington state 70% of the houses are Gloomy Grey with Death Black interior and exterior colors. Most houses are grey with white trim. We purposefully had our custom built home painted Buttercup Yellow with white trim and hunter green shutters. There is NO grey in or outside of our home. Our countertops are “Rainforest Green” or “Rainforest Brown” and yes the reddish brown veins are petrified wood.
I got two good ideas I could put to use from this video: Chippendale railings, and painting exterior trim grim on a red house. Loved everything here except the hexagonal coffee table.
Love this renovation! I'm with her regarding white and tan, enough of that. The green and blue look cool together. That back porch really did sell the house. Good job, Erin and Ben.
Surprised by how confident she was about what she wanted and didn't want. The house looks terrific. Didn't really see a coat solution at the entry. Maybe even a coat tree?
I am not really a fan of dark spaces and colors, but Erin, you have me swooning with this! It was lovely! I am so happy for Shelley getting her dream come true. WELL done, Erin and Ben!!!
It looks Great! ❤ The only thing I've noticed on Every House Reveal...the lawn is Brownish! If y'all would just spray some Sunday on your Lawn it would be so much Sweeter! 🎉
Fabulous! Only things l'd want different is a brick fireplace, and not a white sofa. Why were the little trees out front so severely cut back? Just curious! Thanks, Ben and Erin!!! ❤️
@janewasson4845 Considering everyone was wearing sweaters and jackets, I'm guessing this reno was completed over Fall/Winter. Those were likely deciduous trees. Looks like they were given a hard cutback and reshape after they were bare.
If the owner likes it, great! Like how the outside now looks! It just looks like a dull rainy day inside, to me. I just need light and bright myself. I also wish, somehow, you could have incorporated putting back in a coat closet into the entryway somehow.
I’m glad that they’re happy personally but it’s too much dark. I’ve got to have light and bright but I’m not living there so doesn’t matter but I really don’t like the outside colors of the house personal opinion but like I said they are happy and that’s what matters.

Beautiful remodel. Love all the colors. Thanks Ben and Erin.
Love the dark colors. So tired of all white rooms.
There's plenty of light colours though, and they went for dark in a place that's dark during a great part of the year.

Sooo much better than black/grey/white! That's tired and common. Although my palate may have been a bit lighter, I say bring on the color!
Finally: Colour!😊

It's beautiful. The brick on this house is amazing. Where is everyone going to put their coats?
As usual a beautiful result. I love Ben and Erin’s choices.

A darling house!

Perfect house! I love it! And especially the Chippendale rails!
Beautiful renovation 😍. I'm always exited about what they get custom build. Beautiful outdoor sofa. 😍.
A brick house is a good choice because in the future it will be less maintenance as well. Painting a house with siding is expensive.
What a unique home ❤❤❤

That is a beautiful house
Ben and Erin do it again God bless ❤

Ohhh yes 🙂
I would take it in whatever condition it’s in Iive in an apt.
Do the bedrooms ever get done?
why in the world did they get rid of the vintage mailbox???
Right ?
Ya...that.
This damn country nature is is insane!
Dang I can’t even buy a two car garage for 80k in my area! Where is this?
@johnsradios484 Ben and Erin's town of Laurel, Mississippi. Ben has a carpentry/custom woodworking business on the outskirts.
It is indeed a beautiful renovation. But the style of the furniture looks more like for elderly people than for a young lady.
Fridge in front of the island could be a pitch point…
I have yet to see a house by Ben and Erin the I don't love.
