Why didn't you show the bottom crust? The crust looks pretty pale & I'd a hazard a guess that the bottom is the same way So far, this is a 1/10. Need more information & perhaps longer cooking time to see if it rectifies the obvious issue with the dough being undercooked

Being an overweight person myself I know how hard it is. My point is the criticism, which is not ours to give is what bothered me. He's a good man with a wife who loves him.
