How to Align Columns Horizontally or Vertically in Kadence

For newbies getting a handle on the Kadence theme, it can be a little confusing to make sure the columns (really it's called Sections) are properly aligned horizontally or vertically.
Watch out for the hierarchy of blocks (nesting) as well as which device you're designing for. I'll give you some of the basics to watch out for.
