Ingredients;
- 2 kilograms ground pork
- 4 packs glass noodle (souked)
- 4 cups rice (cooked)
- 3 tbsp garlic
- 2 1/2 tsp white pepper (you can use black pepper too)
- 3 tbsp seasoning sauce
- 3 tbsp oyster sauce
- 2 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 tsp pork flavor (add more if you like)
* sausage casings
