That's funny, it is hard to turn thirty, someone gave me a mug that said "turning thirty takes at least 5 or 6 years to admit it." That cup was true, for me that was 37 years ago. My mind still thinks I am young. I'm still healthy. Things that interest you at thirty are not the things that interest you at 67. Having a kind and honest partner is the most beautiful thing.

As a contractor, I'd say that place isn't safe. If the total backyard hack of a staircase and handrail is any indication of the rest of the build, I wouldn't even stand under it, let alone in it. That's a disaster waiting to happen. You have nerves of steel.
