2:58 to 3:57 literally shows every upgrade, increased npc and car density, better ambient occlusion, better global illumination, better shadowing and shading, better draw distance and improved assets, lighting and increased speed.

But of course most of the graphical improvements are a result of Ray tracing and to be honest i don't know what your expectations were but they were to high way to high you're just setting yourself up to be disappointed.

Here it clearly shows the difference it makes to stop using this yellow filter, EVERY GAME CURRENTLY HAS THIS D&¨& FILTER! It's much more beautiful when the lighting doesn't have that yellowish tone

Perhaps some take is from the remastered but certainly most aren't .
Spiderman Remastered has real RT reflections. In the video not only says that it's Screen Space Reflections, it's seen several times (like in the Central Park lake, 3:30) that far building reflections do not show in water surfaces. It's less evident but in other parts it's seen how building reflections in windows are actually box map reconstruction and not RT (the lighting on the window does not match the street's).

Es curioso,esta saga no me llamaba mucho la atencion porque soy mas de iron man por ejemplo,pero fue jugarlo en ps4 y me parecio una pasada,la cantidad de detalles y fluidez del hombre araña, un juego que no baja de 9😊
Although MSM2 has a more detailed environment, I wouldn't change what PS4's MSM did back in 2018, the game still look awesome even through all this years.
Well I might be wrong but I've noticed that they actually did not improve upon the existing graphics but they changed how the reflections look how the lighting looks in almost all the situations! Now some people may say that this is a graphical improvement but in my opinion Spider-Man Miles Morales or Spider-Man 1 already reached it's maximum graphical changes! Now they can just improv upon the lighting of the game to have better reflections! And the game no-where looks as good as the initial PlayStation Showcase Teaser back in 2021 now I understand that was just a teaser and not actual gameplay but all I mean that in terms of graphics they haven't actually improved drastically but yeah the gameplay showcased even to the reviewers who went in Los Angeles to try out the game said that the build they played was a 6 month old build so yeah Insomniac must have improved a lot upon till now! Anyways, I'm still as excited as I was before!
It will be interesting to look at the final build. The environment is really better made, but the spider model in the first part looks better in detail in my opinion (judging by this video) Thank you very much for your work! This is such hard work, bravo.

Now, can you do this in PS4? Absolutely. If you were Insomniac, would you want to do it? I doubt it.

única cena do vídeo que achei que está com um polimento pior que o primeiro jogo é quando o peter ta agarrado no prédio, mas acho que isso pode ser concertado facilmente ou é de uma gameplay antiga, até porque o salto gráfico nos outros clipes é visível

Diculpa mi pregunta, este Spiderman es el Remasterizado o el normal ,ya que en el Remasterizado hay una mejora notable y cosas añadidas en la ciudad como stand de bicicletas eléctricas, buzones distintos ect y gráficamente luce espectacular, un cordial saludo.
Si te fijas, es la versión que tiene raytracing, por lo tanto es el remasterizado.

Is it just me or did anyone else not like those flying spiders there? Apart from the static shock, of course (I love Miles in the comics, but here…)
I realize they’re entirely different genres, but dear god…the fidelity, attention to detail and animation work on display here annihilates literally everything about starfield and then pisses on the ashes.
What is this deep intrinsic need some people like yourself seem to have where one must diminish other's joy in order to self-validate? As you said yourself, different games, genres, studios, tech... there's nothing to compare between the two, man.
Still, gorgeous game. Makes me eager to see what games are gonna look like when this gen is fully optimized for.
Talk about overreacting about the graphics. Starfield's scale on the other hand is on another lvl. This is just an open openworld game with empty buildings.

Very different game from Starfield. Starfield would be far more expensive to do all that animation work. Starfield is a 100hr RPG while spider-man is a 15-30hour action game with fewer cutscenes overall. Not comparable as similarly sized RPGs also don't have this level of animation polish for everything. Plus Insomniac is a bit of an anomaly with how many animators work at that company vs others

Map expansion is the only thing the PS4 couldn’t take. Everything looks either the same or worse in SM2. Will still be getting bc I’m gameplay>graphics and this game will be loads of fun

El Spiderman de 2018 ya se ve muy, muy bien, el 2 lo mejora muchísimo en distancia de dibujado, texturas, iluminación, modelos o elementos en pantalla, creo que este será el primer juego que de verdad parezca de nueva generación

Bueno la diferencia tampoco es tanta, pero hay que partir de la base que el primero ya es la ostia!!!
Si sólo te fijas en la acción, no vas a notar grandes diferencias, las animaciones son un poco más fluidas y los trajes se ven más detallados, y ya. Los juegos de la generación anterior ya contaban con potencia suficiente para sorprender con gráficos espectaculares.
Pero si te fijas en los detalles, como la calidad de las sombras, las cosas que se ven (y sobre todo las que no se ven) en los reflejos de las ventanas y charcos, la distancia a la que se ven coches en una avenida, la forma en que las cosas explotan, pues sí se nota un salto bastante bestia.
