Spiritual growth in God starts with the Holy Spirit in you, that is why it is called "Spiritual" growth. Spiritual life starts with the Holy Spirit that lives in you. You can only grow closer to God through the Holy Spirit that works within you. It is sad that most people who claim to have faith in God do not understand the role of the Holy Spirit at all. The Spirit of God comes and lives in us when we accept Jesus Christ as Lord and Savior. We receive a whole new nature and are spiritually reborn. Im trying to fully commit myself to God, im 14 and man enough to admit that I struggle with a pornagraphy addiction, I want to change for the better of me, and God, and I can't do this if I remain the same way I am, im going to pray more, read the bible more, and go to church more, I asked God to help me with my addiction and he helped me by helping me realize the mistakes im making, hes giving me strength even though I do not deserve it, but hes giving me faith, and I have faith in him.
Go on brother..He will save you by His grace

Amen I struggled with this situation for years along with so many other sins I was lost and honestly I’m still sort of lost I’m trying to be better and find the lord I believe he died on the cross for my sins and was Risen from the dead I’m trying to let the spirit lead me in everything I do but I do find it difficult sometimes
@@TTkMystics we cannot overcome sin on our own, that’s why Jesus did for us by dying on the cross for our sins. Call out to God and tell him you realize you can’t overcome sin in your own no matter how hard you try even though you want to stop, ask Jesus for His power and strength in You to overcome sin and He will help you🙏 but although you cannot completely defeat sin in your own effort, you must do your part in pursuing God and fleeing sin by reading the word daily, replacing spiritually harmful secular music with spiritually edifying music, spending time alone with God in prayer daily, getting rid of anything that may tempt you, and anything else you feel the Lord convicting you to do. These are some things that helped me when I was in the same situation, I hope they can maybe help you too:) but it’s very important, if your feeling ashamed or guilty for constantly sinning, to not focus on how bad you are but rather how good He is and rest 1 John 1:9. If you are not now, you will be free from this cycle of sin, for their is freedom in Christ… it’s just a matter of walking out of the now unlocked door of our old prison cell❤ God is with you and He sees you, I’m praying for you!

And He said to me, "My grace is sufficient for you, for My strength is made perfect in weakness." Therefore most gladly I will rather boast in my infirmities, that the power of Christ may rest upon me.
Therefore I take pleasure in infirmities, in reproaches, in needs, in persecutions, in distresses, for Christ's sake. For when I am weak, then I am strong.

Today I realized that we truly grow spiritually. Days ago I was enslaved with sin but today I experienced a spiritual confidence against sin. I didn’t commit the sin I always used to fell into. I’m so thankful with God. Also, beard in mind that some sins you just need to flee from. Sometimes we are not spiritually mature enough to fight an specific spiritual battle against sin. Let go and let God. God bless.

It's 2:37 and I had to say something ,in the middle of the year I tried to pick up a Bible and read but I was doing it as an obligation not out of desire and let me tell you I didn't understand a single thing and I didn't even repent but now that God brought me to repentance and I'm working on a relationship with Him it's like He's so much free with me and reveals the truth in His word to me and it's beautiful ...oh and this time I repented😃and a born again christian and I find a desire in reading His Word

When the Holy Ghost impregnats our flesh we are but a fetus inside our mothers womb that must grow physically and Spiritually before birth . God gives us a picture of what he means about being born of Spirit through human reproduction. The woman represents the Church where we are supposed to grow spiritually until our birth.
Technically we are not born again until the 7th trump and we take on our Spiritual bodies, that's why Jesus Christ said flesh and blood cannot enter into the Kingdom, It's a mystery because most churches do not even understand God's Word.
What I do know is when that Living Covenant Jesus Christ enters into you He will reveal ALL TRUTH TO YOU AS A INDIVIDUAL.
I'm praying for God to open your mind and for YOU to understand all mysteries Corinne.
Read John 14:12-13, John 14:20-21 READ IT AGAIN AND AGAIN UNTIL IT SOAKS INTO YOU.
Jesus Christ will manifest Himself through you and YOU will do even GREATER WORKS.

My dad died about a week after giving his life to Christ in the hospital. He didn’t get a chance to get baptized, I believe he is in Heaven. Because the thief on the cross didn’t get baptized and I believe he went to Heaven.
Yes! As long as He believes on the Lord Jesus and His finishes work on the cross that is all that is need to be saved. He died for our sins, was buried and rose again on the third day. He is advocating for believers at this very moment right now! We are saved by grace through faith by believing in Jesus alone for our salvation and the gospel( which is that . He died for our sins, was buried and rose again on the third day. The gospel is found in 1 corinthians 15 1-4. You are saved as long as you keep that in memory. God bless you 😊💗

I'm not a Christian, but for some reason, You Tube in its digital wisdom brought my attention to your channel, probably because it's picked up on my interest in Germanic languages, including yours, Afrikaans. If I may say so, you have the makings of a theologian, if you aren't already one. In a certain logical sense, if God lives in me and I live in God, then God & I are the same. That can't literally be true. God said to Moses, "No one can look upon me and live." Your words seem to shed a bit of light on the nearly unknowable mystery of the trinity. Under your narrative, the spirit seems to act as an interface or filter between finite man and infinite God. I'm pondering that.
I like that you seem to be free of the political/culture war stances that a lot of (so called) Christians seem to fight. I've subbed to your channel, actually, and will probably be back to from to time, at least for awhile. As Jewish me would say, you seem to be a / tsadik / (righteous one). Bedankt!
