I have a 1986 VW Scirocco that I just bought that’s having trans issues, took intake off to watch and look at the shift linkage and got under the car. I can shift every gear by hand in the engine, but in the car it won’t go into a single gear. From what I can see the previous owner was super low and might have scrapped and bent the long rod running from the shifter in the car to the front of the car. Any idea where I can get a new one, or a entire rebuild kit?
