One of the weakest survivor so far, the only good things I can see is whenever she touches a cipher, it will instantly be 10% progress, but in my opinion, she only can kite a hunter who first time meet her / hunter without headset because almost every skills that she have is so useless, overall :
- Kiting : Bad
- Supporting : Bad
- Rescuing : Bad
- Kiting : In the middle of "Okay" and "Bad"
(I played so many matches and these 3 clips are the best kite I did with her with perfect invisibility timing, you can see some fails at Náp's stream : • Trying out the New Sur... )

Her auto invisibility is gonna be the most annoying thing in this game for me, imagining you trying to hide but your invisibility gets triggered when hunter's near you and they're able to find you because of the glitter on the ground

if the hunter also leaves cause they didnt initially notice you, you'll ping them once your invisibility goes away
@@chokeolatte basically this Survivor was supposed to be invisible hard to find Survivor but instead they accidentally made it easier for hunter to find her

she’s the real “born to be a decoder forced to be a kiter” character 😩☝️
Man why isn't her invisibility a toggle like Gardeners bubble. Even her toggle could have a cooldown but the fact if she interacts with anything and her invisibility just goes into cooldown is going to be annoying.
If they did that then she's going to be strong, and it fits her lore of being a person that always runs away from problems since she's a gambler
So basically picking her is a gamble, kiting as her is a gamble, rescuing as her is a gamble, decoding is a gamble since another cipher won't be decoded

Isn't her playstyle supposed to be "risky"? It makes sense if you think about it.
@@berniedelacruz4105 Not if her toggle has a cooldown. Example being little girls teleport where even if you don't teleport, it goes into cooldown so you can't spam it. One of her net positives is that she counters Ivy and Ivy's specter. And her gamble factor can be that if she is being chased and is invisible, wherever she sends the fake trail, the gamble lies within IF the hunter follows the correct path. But that gamble factor is useless when a hunter can just trigger it involuntarily with a rando teammate kiting near you thus giving away info that you are close by and that they can change targets if they choose to. I have yet to see what happens if she is invisible and the patroller hits her(Will she still be invisible but the patroller just latched to you or will the patroller knock you out of your invisibility). But then again this is all just speculation. In due time we will see how she performs even though she already got buffed since her original decoding progress was 10% but its now 15%
@@Ndreau With the way survivors have been there really isn't any risk if there are better picks that can do a better job like Lawyer. Her skill does waste hunters time because it can ping them when they leave her radius or they are within her radius but if she interacts with anything it's pretty much just hoping hunter can fall for your fake trail.
after fire investigator, i feel like this new character would be my new favorite since i have bias to decoders and the way she just goes invisible! shes not that cool, skills-wise but interesting enough
Interesting design, too risky of a character. I can smell those fixes from a mile away.
Idk about you but for me she's okay-mid, her decoding is ok since her progress stealing is only useful when priming the cipher, but her invisibility is not even that hard to counter, I'm just glad she's an awful rescuer because I'm tired of kiter decoder when it's supposed to be their weakness
@obitoo6625 The thing about a good character is their ability to not just be useful for their set class. For instance, Merc and Charles are rescuers but can take kites and do alright.
The major issue for her is the fact she just can't save at all. You can't just have a survivor that can't save, there are times you MUST save even as a decoder and if you can't pull that off as the only option, your entire team is screwed and the game is over. The 100% decoding debuff is huge, she could get farmed so easily
There's a reason she's called the faro lady, a pure gamble character
@@lavenderDolfin I am realizing that pattern with her gameplay, it is a unique concept to the character but that doesn't mean she'd gain much popularity as a good pick as you'd typically want consistency. She lacks it
@@lucaloo6435 she's definitely just a pick for fun not for wins because she's such a high risk high reward character
she is actually an ok character, a few tweek like giving her a button to controll when she needs to cloak near the hunter would be great, otherwise her concept and skills are very basic and a good decoder.
That would just make her invis cooldown worthless. The whole point of it being passive is to actively make it so it's a resource that can be depleted or else the cooldown would be worthless.
wouldn't she just be magician 2 if her invisibility is button controlled?
@@MultiDentity it would be very useful if you could button control her invisibility as sometimes you dont want to waste or use it when your hiding and the hunter leaves and gets the red light even if they dont see you and if the the hunter does stay near you when you dont wanna use it bam 40 sec cd

@@rqj5502 yeah because it a resource it need to be use wisely not when the hunter take one step near you and the skill just use itself and the hunter not even chase you. Something you cant control is the worst resources

Tier C for me.Her skill kinda pretty bad for higher rank.
Her invisible ability got cancel so easily.
Even they(Hight tier hunter) can hit first officer while using his watch.
You don't even have to think about her.
Nub dedication to find smth good in her to showcase is very admirable xD

I really hope Faro will be adjusted due to I can see many trouble to good hunters hunting her with people don’t know how to use faro lady but adjustments will be needed for faro lady in my opinions
Acho que a invisibilidade automática foi uma inovação, se a opção de escolher quando ficar invisível se tornar viável,ela pode ficar muito parecida com o mágico ou com o first officer , a única coisa que eu não gostei nela foi o cooldown da invisibilidade, é muito longo...

This character is trash, her ability is shit, at first i thought she could use her ability once or twice per invisible stage, turns out its two per game, not to mention that her ability gets cancelled too easily, after its cancelled she’s basically a lucky guy for 40 seconds. Her ability doesn’t support to kite for too long and once shes chaired, u can just give up on her as shes too risky to rescue, even after rescuing her, she can’t get far. Her secondary ability of connecting ciphers is painfully mediocre as it is only useful in a few very specific matchups. Overall a E tier character, might be fine in low ranks but is absolute garbage in higher ranks
