These tourist from north India don't know what to wear on the beach and how to behave. They jump in the sea with wearing gagra, saris, jeans, shirts, etc. They also make uncomfortable environments for foreign tourists.

Goa is beautiful throught out the year. Lovely nature during rainy season and Most happening in Dec -Feb
It is nice, it is more of nature, but expect rain, some days are continous rain, you will not get Beach watersports, places will be less crowded, if are ok with all these then do visit
In future video please turn camera slowly as your camera is not able to focus properly so view is not clear.
