Do you know what is the highest stolen thing in Canada? New cars. These cars going to Africa and other countries through the ports inside the containers. Government says they don't have enough people and scanners to scan every containers. Finally they are doing something to stop this, because insurance companies loosing billions. Rich country but no scanners.
