  • Hey guys how are you all this week? Today i do a few melts using Brass Copper and Aluminium. After i melt down all these Pull Tabs i do some Goonies sandcasting. So stick around and hope to see you all again soon. If you Want to support the channel it wont cost you a cent as you can Simply just donate some of your time. By just by allowing the ads to play through this will help out a lot and that’s how I make a bit extra revenue and the good thing is more revenue means more giveaways and more treats for the dogs👊🏻😄. A better way to support the channel is play one of my playlists on your computer before you walk away from it and let it play through that really helps as well but don’t ever feel as though you need to watch the ads if you don’t want to simply skip them and move into the video it’s completely up to you and I understand if you don’t have the time to do so👌🏻and like I always say if you like the rings shown and used in this video be sure to check out the description where you can get 20% off the already discounted rings using my code and if you want to try your hand at melting yourself you can buy the burner on its own or the whole furnace set up and I can organize a 5% link for you off the total furnace price just email me on bigstackddddd@mail.com 😁👍🏻.

HOW TO MIRROR FINISH A BAR
I start with an 80 grit flap disc on my angle grinder then I use my drill with 50 mm round sanding discs . I start with 150 grit then go through the following Grits 240-400-800 Then once I get to the following Grits I use a small squirt of WD-40 1200-1500-2000-2500-3000. The WD40 helps to lubricate the discs and stops the sanding disk binding up with the metal powder . Then after that I use my buffer wheel on my bench grinder to get a perfect mirrored finish on it??????.

"Never add cold metal to molten metal" Good on you to put these tips in there. I was melting some aluminum and thought my metal was dried already but it was laid next to the propane tanks which condensed water on them and they got wet. Luckily no major injuries, just lost a bit of hair which grew back. Make sure to wear your aprons and eye protection!

This video hit home for me because of the goonies plaque, literally this past Monday morning at work my best friend and coworker had brought in a Big goonies poster that was framed that he said he had found in the dump and he hung it up in the shop, so Tuesday Our boss saw it hanging up and wanted him to take it down and he didn’t take it down, and on Wednesday morning I received some bad news that my best friend and coworker had went to sleep Tuesday night and never woke up. A couple of bits: the green flames are something wholly unique and exciting, the large bar is great to see, melting a solid piece of brass is mind-blowing, and you have the perfect antidote to a cold day, a thousand-degree fire! @Paul Osborn the colder air is at the bottom of the fridge. You have no idea what you're talking about. If all the beers are in the same shelf then they'll all be relatively the same temperature. There won't be any huge difference between the back and the front. Stop believing in old wives tales and do some research to stop making yourself look dumb time making stupid comments.

@@ThePrufessa Anyone ever stop to think about where the cold comes from, it makes it colder in that area. The coldest part in my fridge is the top right directly under where the source of the cold is. I'll get bottles of water that are frozen there and nowhere else in the fridge. Nice try on saying all parts are equal temp though.

The gloves remind me of a place I used to work at. One very large room there was a liquid fat tanks and they kept the temperatures at 130 degrees. That was the room temp, the tanks had to stay fluid. I was working nearby and needed a ladder and recalled there was an aluminum one in that room, so I absent mindedly walked in there and grabbed it, turned and walked nothing as I screamed a bit and let go of the ladder... frikkin thing was 130 degrees! I saw you wearing gloves, and reach in to flick a tab in and couldn't help to think a move like that with no glove would have turned out much different.
