When the story is in active it is assigned to the developer, as it moves to Pull Request it is assigned to who performs that function. When in QA it is assigned to the QA engineer. Etc
Is there a way to setup my board to show story hours used and what is left, per day? For example, using Fibonachi to size stories, if a story starts out in a sprint at 8 story hours how many hours are spent, how many are left? Does the number of hours need to be increased or decreased?
I would like a video detailing how to use Azure DeOps Planning Poker. I found it easy to include use in a story. Where I got confused was while it was easy to get included in a story, it showed up in all of my several projects stories. How can I limit including planning poker only where I want it?
QUESTION. What is the assignment cycle of the User story? Does the QA Team member assign a user story to himself or story remains assigned to Developer?
@@CoderDave I recommend that the developer collaborate with the QA engineer on QAing the work type, like a story. The developer adds the hours the QA engineer requires as part of the total and include others who also contribute to the story, for example pull requests.

QUESTION.

In my opinion the story is for the dev team, the qa team should use test suites and test cases, and link that to the story/tasks

Thx for this great video. What I want to know is: Where can I buy this awesome Microsoft Hoodie? 😅
hehe thanks, unfortunately I don't think they sell it anymore... I bought it 5 or 6 years ago at the MS Company Store in Redmond, (WA), USA
@@CoderDave damn... I already searched the whole internet but couldn't find it 🙈 thx.
This is interesting, I have a query to have this tool, do I have to pay or is it free?
It is free in Azure DevOps, which can be used for free :)
Good Video
Glad you enjoyed
