The Simple series is a of video games that were made inexpensively and released at a lower price. The number following Simple was the price in yen. So a Simple 2000 game would have cost 2000 yen.
Originally released as Runabout 3: Neo Age. It was re-released as a Simple series game. It's a driving game that takes place in New York. You have to get from the starting point to the end point by any means necessary. With vehicles ranging from Cars and trucks to Buses and even a Tank with a turret.
The map seems kind of small(compared to games now) and the vehicles feel pretty floaty. The last mode in the video is weird. You follow around a NPC through the city. You have to pay attention to what they're buying(?) and at the end you have to answer what they bought at what stop.
