  • When pricing your CNC projects, whether CNC laser, CNC router, CNC plasma cutter, 3D printer, or any other CNC, when it comes to pricing your projects, the first thing is to consider being in a niche.
    Once you are in a niche, you want to understand the customers inside that niche. There are customers that will pay much more for the same project. It all depends on their own sense of self-value.
    Customers with a high sense of self-value will often buy more expensive things because the price matches their sense of self-value.
    for example, the person that is always looking for a discount has a discount mentality. This individual will try to get you to lower your price. Higher-value customers do not haggle! They expect to ay more.
    More importantly, if you are uncertain about raising prices, you will want to check yourself and your own sense of self-value. For example, if you feel compelled to stay in the competitive range of prices, then you are naturally competing and business will be harder to get, and the customers will be more difficult.
