Beautiful color combination and swirls. I see you're mixing your micas in directly now. I used to premix them, but found it isn't necessary with micas because they stir in so easily with a whisk.
Not usually, but I didn’t plan well 😁 this was the same soap day as last weeks video. I still prefer premixing, especially color blends. My trace is just so temperamental with my recipe but I love the finished bar.
Hi Sadie! I would’ve DM’d this message but couldn’t find the means to do so. I discovered that (as far as I know) all neon colourants for soap are a blend of 1% pigment and 99% Polyester-3 or Polyurethane-11, which is a plastic polymer. The grains are small enough to be considered a nanoplastic, and should not be used in anything that’ll end up down the drain. I know a lot of soapmakers are conscious about using biodegradable glitters for their products, but a lot of them also use these neon colourants unaware that they’re mostly plastic. Just wanted to let you know, and I hope you can help spread the word! 😊
Beautiful x definitely autumn vibes 🍂🍁🍂
Thank you 😊
Incredible job, and the colors are just perfect for fall! Thanks for sharing 😊
Thanks Deb! And thanks for watching 😊
These turned out BEAUTIFULLY! I knew those colors would be amazing when you started mixing them❣️
Thank you! I just love fall colors and scents. They make me feel so cozy.
Beautiful color combination. I’m sure the fragrances oil is delightful 😊

Thanks for sharing! I didn’t know this and I will look into the suppliers I use to learn more about the products I am using.
