I've played since 2012 and I was 8 yrs old then. I still play it still amazes me. So far I've only ever gotten the dragon armor 2 times and my highest ever level is 54 which is in my current save Goroth the Warrior

Never found Meeko. I DID find a Troll that drowned himself and had a suicide note on his body in Oblivion, though. He wrote that he wasn't scary enough to bully people into paying the self-imposed toll at the bridge you find his body under.
Never found Meeko? I'll tell you where he is. Go to Morthal, and head North into the marshes until you find the Abandoned Shack. From there, head West into the forest until you see a house icon on the compass. Follow the icon to discover Meeko's shack. There should be a dirt path in front of the door. Follow the path and Meeko will be at the end.

So, this isn't Skyrim, but I thought it was awesome. There was a guy who had a boxed Collector's Edition set of Morrowind and, while he was playing Skyrim there were gunshots in a nearby apartment. After things cooled down, he went back to his room and found that not only had a bullet hit his room, not only had it hit his Morrowind Collector's Edition, but that set was between him and the bullet. Morrowind literally saved his life. After writing about it, Bethesda sent him a fresh copy signed by a bunch of the staff and a signed Statue of Azura. There's an Imgur post around it somewhere, though it'd take me a bit to find it.
People really demonize Bethesda, but then you hear stuff like this, or the guy who's sister died of cancer and they just up and sent him a skyrim book signed by everyone. You don't hear other gaming companies doing stuff like this, just Bethesda.
I went through all the whiterun buildings and stole all the appliances and food (this took several tries because I kept getting caught), then went into the middle of the market where the well was and dropped all of it. Then shouted it so it went everywhere. It was amassing.
It stopped being relevant years ago, what's amazing is how long Bethesda keeps milking the poor thing for money and how long gamersexuals refuse to let it rest in peace.

Not exactly crazy.... but definitely nerdy: My son and I pre-purchased Skyrim on Steam, and on 11.11.11 we got up early, had sweetrolls and coffee for breakfast, and played Skyrim all day long, and then for the rest of the weekend. After checking out some of the food recipes in Skyrim, I went shopping on 11.12.11, and made a loaf of sourdough bread to eat with our grilled leek stew for supper, which gave us enough health stats to play long into the night. I wasted the next 4 months of my life, every spare moment playing Skyrim. I bought a hooded bathrobe that looks somewhat like the Hooded Monks Robes (but actually more like Obi Wan Kenobi's robes) that feels right when playing Skyrim. Can't figure out why I am still single???
The craziest thing a player would have to do is play the game 100% through, in all the possible ways. Storm-cloaks, Imperials. Kill Cicero or not, help him or not, kill asterid at the beginning or not, kill paurthunax (spelled wrong) or not. And all that other crap.
One time I was wandering through the wilderness, killing everything on sight, you know, the usual dovakhiin stuff. I was just walking down the road, minding my own business, when I saw bandits up ahead. I prepared to do battle and then a mammoth fell from the sky and crushed them. It was exciting.
Yes because why not. Skyrim is there no was(fallout 4 outsold skyrim) there most successful game they made. And why not remake it for the next gen? It is almost stupid not to do it.

I broke my left leg rock climbing, and instead of lugging around an ugly cast, I had my boyfriend carve me ebony boots from skyrim out of ebony (wood) and reinforced then padded the inside. I then felt great about walking around and wondered how many people took second looks and commented about it. How many people scorned it and how many people laughed, and how many knew the reference lol.
My weirdest and coolest was probably walking into my new therapists room where I'd be talking about my family issues, and looking at his walls and they were covered in skyrim posters and he had a bunch of other cool stuff like that, like a power armor helmet, and for an hour we talked about stuff but he made references to video games to make it easier to understand lol

I got some coaching one visit but didnt buy the game, knowing how time consuming it would be. When Dad passed away at 78, i copied several of his skyrim save files, and converted them to use on my ps3. What blew me away was he had played multiple characters with a total of 1800 hrs! I began my quest to learn what was so iconic about this game starting at 350 hrs with caches of weapons armor and the prizes of many quests. 'Reverse engineering' to understand how to improve and create items needed to craft Legendary items. Then i started from the beginning. Ive played games since the 80's but never experienced the gritty gameplay, fantastic artwork and stunning cgi scenes Skyrim offers. More importantly i got to experience the world my Father enjoyed in his last years , i get it now but not then. He was a Legendary bloke and mentor. R.I.P. J.V.C.
Well, the definition of fit is being physically capable which I doubt you can be only through proper nutrition. Skinny is not fit, healthy is not fit. When I ordered Skyrim from Amazon, I thought that the Iron helmet was going to be some special unique helmet that you get for killing a dragon or something, but then when I got the game, I found out it was just a cheap Iron helmet
When Bethesda doesn't realize that all we want from them is Elder Scrolls, and yet they keep releasing new or rebooted games and think we'll support them just because of the Bethesda company name.
Worminator Yes some are good (really just Wolfenstein and Doom), but Bethesda needs to follow their schedule (an elder scrolls 4-6 years) and stop trying to reboot every single game they've ever made. You can't just abandon the game that made you.

Using the TakeNotes! Mod, I have written a journal of my character, detailing every single in-game day and all that has happened in it, even mundane events, on a four-year-old save file that has seen a lot of mods installed and uninstalled, the game installed and uninstalled on several computers, and getting broken countless times. And it's still on-going even now. She already has her own backstory, unique characters that only exist in her version of TES V. Just finished the Main Quest last week (After FOUR FCKING YEARS SINCE STARTING THE SAVE), and I'm trying to immersively start Dawnguard's quest before Dragonborn, and after that, start on Beyond Skyrim: Bruma. And as much as I want to start a new character, I can't because I have to finish her story, dammit!!
Surprised that the story behind Erik the Slayer was not in the top ten. Basically there was a super mega fan of the game who was really hyped about Skyrim but he dying of cancer. Bethesda decided to fly him over and have him take a tour plus play the game before it came out. Sadly, he past away about 6 months before the release of Skyrim. So in his honor, Bethesda added an NPC in his username. The NPC is actually pretty strong in comparison to other NPCs that can be picked as a sidekick. Maybe its not that crazy, but its really sweet of them adding a character of a fan who past away. Reminds me of the one kid who was added into Borderlands 2 after passing away.
Fun thing is, I also used to kill him, like said in the first comment, but then the video the secind comment quoted from appeared and now I just can't do it anymore XD

Wantaplay Entertainment Well, there are always bounties and very likely still tons random encounters to get, so technically it's impossible to complete everything in-game. But, if you think you've done everything that doesen' t keep re-appearing, you're probably wrong. Between all of the dungeon quests and random encounters, as well as having to clear out every location in the game to have truly gotten to 100% completion... That's ridiculous. If you have gotten everything... Hat's off to you.

James Forgie dude same, I freaking hate lydia sometimes because I mainly stealth then shoot them with arrows, but shes good as a distraction if nothing else since I am never within range to be aggroed and my stealth is pretty damn high.

I got some coaching one visit but didnt buy the game, knowing how time consuming it would be. When Dad passed away at 78, i copied several of his skyrim save files, and converted them to use on my ps3. What blew me away was he had played multiple characters with a total of 1800 hrs! I began my quest to learn what was so iconic about this game starting at 350 hrs with caches of weapons armor and the prizes of many quests. 'Reverse engineering' to understand how to improve and create items needed to craft Legendary items. Then i started from the beginning.
Ive played games since the 80's but never experienced the gritty gameplay, fantastic artwork and stunning cgi scenes Skyrim offers.
More importantly i got to experience the world my Father enjoyed in his last years , i get it now but not then. He was a Legendary bloke and mentor. R.I.P. J.V.C.

Surprised that the story behind Erik the Slayer was not in the top ten. Basically there was a super mega fan of the game who was really hyped about Skyrim but he dying of cancer. Bethesda decided to fly him over and have him take a tour plus play the game before it came out. Sadly, he past away about 6 months before the release of Skyrim. So in his honor, Bethesda added an NPC in his username. The NPC is actually pretty strong in comparison to other NPCs that can be picked as a sidekick. Maybe its not that crazy, but its really sweet of them adding a character of a fan who past away. Reminds me of the one kid who was added into Borderlands 2 after passing away.

But, if you think you've done everything that doesen' t keep re-appearing, you're probably wrong. Between all of the dungeon quests and random encounters, as well as having to clear out every location in the game to have truly gotten to 100% completion... That's ridiculous. If you have gotten everything... Hat's off to you.
