It won’t be. Even if all the ice in Antartica melts sea levels will rise by about 2 meters, which is certainly a lot and doesn’t include the ice at the North Pole or Greenland etc. but it’s not enough for everything to go under water.

What country? This is an island chain. You either reduce the sea levels or you separate the land from the seafloor and use a system of buoyancy to keep them at a proper height. Whichever one is most feasible is fine with me. You got a better idea that is more likely to be accepted by all sides?

If now there is evidence of a new ice age coming then I guess we should all burn more fossils fuels to at least try to mitigate it, instead of crying “Ice age is not man made”, because it’s not important it’s man made or natural, it’s important that we should survive

It's ×100s if not ×1000s times faster than the previous natural rates, which clearly indicates some probable contribution of humans in it. And what do you know, other independent researches are finding out that theoretically, greenhouse gas emissions might be causing the climate to change. A coincidence that we observe changes in our climate happening ×1000s of time faster than previously and predict serious consequences in Earth's climate due to our actions simultaneously?
Climate change is a collective word that includes changes it induces indigenously and the otherwise normal weather patterns that it blows up into record breaking heatwaves or snow storms, or incessant showers.

Sea level rise has been consistently about 9" per century for as long as it has been carefully measured. The problem with the Marshall Islands is that they aren't high enough to survive storm waves. Highest point is 6' (at high tide). The sea level doesn't need to rise for them to be flooded.
