A few errors in this video, (I will probably make an updated version of this video soon) - I forgot to add FC D/F+2 as a launcher, the same combo at 0:40 can be done after this launcher - The "advanced/max damage" combo is really just that, max damage. You will probably never meet anyone online who does this combo and I don't use this one myself, the other BnB combos are easier and more reliable - An easier version of the combo at 1:14, would be replacing the "delayed U/F 4" with "(Sidestep) f+1+2", then continue with D/F+4,3 etc. The sidestep must be done to a certain side (I believe sidestepping to the foreground works, can't remember exactly off the top of my head) - At the wall, the notation for the grab is wrong, but you can use both D/B+1+3 and D/B+2+4 to mix up the opponent, because these grabs can be broken - For floor breaks, the only one you really should be using is the running powerbomb, which of course I forgot to include, sorry about that, like I said I will update this video in the future. I'd consider these starter combos for people familiar with fighting games, but just getting started in Tekken. These aren't really hard to do and I don't think a complete newbie would have a hard time with these either considering the notation is wonderfully obvious.

back+1 (or back+square if you use ps4) is a fast as fuck poke that has decent range and also allows for juggles on counter hit. The move is also safe and does good damage for a poke, seriously that move is crazy good.
I need some advice here - I'm trying to perform the F-F-2, F-F-2, D-F-4-3,F-1,F-F-F-3+4 combo, and the only part what is the real problem for me is the move where I should run to my opponent while he is in the air. No matter what I do King is just not willing to run as fast nor grab, either King is not moving fast enough or the opponent falls down too quickly. Other than that I can perform the whole combo perfectly. Any suggestions?
Hi! I found out about a combo with which you can do more dmg than with the max dmg combo in your video. It is possible to do 82 dmg with: f2 d1 2 df4,3 df2,1 fff 2+4 Thanks for the Video though :)
lurgee Thanks for watching, and no that combo does not require a buffer, the FF+1 must be done quickly as soon as the 1,2 recovers. Please keep in mind that this combo is very difficult to pull off consistently, I would recommend the easier combos instead.
A very easy combo guys, uf 4,1+2,3 ff~2+4. Does 63dmg, more dmg than uf4, df4-3, df2-1, ff~2+4. If I did the inputs correctly enough for u guys to understand.
What's the trick to getting the f,f+1 after the launcher? I've hit it maybe once ever and I haven't been able to work out how. I've tried buffering the inputs but it's still coming out way too late. Great video though by the way.
@Shadow [TK] At 01:13 when you do the full crouch 1 and then 2 while standing to a double grab, for some reason when i do it, he grabs him by 1 leg and like smashes him on the side, deals like 18 less damage. What am i doing wrong? Tried it about 10 times, each time it's a grab on 1 leg :S.
LockofMetal It sounds like you are inputting his normal air throw, you must input the running powerbomb the same way it is shown in the video to get the real grab, the arrow colored in white means you must hold the last "forward" input while doing the throw
Thanks alot for the answere. Ima try it again. Im still quite new to Tekken in general. Last one i played was Tekken 3 because every tekken that has come out has been on console. And i happened to have a Ps for Tekken 3 but never got a console after Ps2 i think.

i played some MK9 and i just bought Tekken 7 today and im looking at this like WHAT?

GuiltyGirls ff+1 after 1,2 is pretty hard to do in a combo even for experts.
Let's be honest, these are not starter combos.

These aren't advanced combos, King is a very complex fighter.

1+2,3 is also a screw attack and in rage drive combo you can use 3+4,4~fff~df4,3~1~isw or df4,3~GS

Good video but in some of your combos you jab before doing a screw into a running power bomb. Don't jab. It scales down damage on powerbomb
why not use 1+2 , 3 as the screw move. It deals a lot more damage and is easier to do. Why doesn't anyone use it?

The throw at 1:29 is d/b 1+3, not d/b 2+4. Considering d/b 2+4 does more damage, I think you posted the wrong footage.

PlayingKarrde practice it. You have 1 frame to do it so it's probably one of the hardest things to do in the game

No, the trick is to input the F,F+1 as soon as you recover from the 1,2 jabs.

d/b+2+4 or d/b+1+3 to mix up his ground grabs because they can be broken by the opponent.
