@@j.a.whittler6983 go to a Walgreens, cvs, target...ect. And get a SD Card put into your phone after that you might have to go to your settings and tell your phone to save memory to your SD card. It helps with more storage. You can always ask for help they'll show you how to do it. Also call your phone company and see if there's anything they can help you with.
