Didn't think Bounty Hunter had any decent detectors. The nox or kruzer didn't really hit the quarter with nail. Would have liked to see nox in park 2. With the 3 frequency like the nox after passing over the iron target is you hold it steady for a few moments to compute then pass over again it will discriminate. In any even the BH did good.
Cold came so I didn't get to use it as much as I like too. It light and easy to use. Just checked the battery didn't drain setting over winter. Its lightly made. Haven't read any issues with the buttons, but worry about getting dirt in around them. ISSUES I HAVE. It doesn't remember any settings. If you set power-10and volume-5 and turn it off it goes back to default. Power-7 Volume-10. The power button is directly above the pinpoint button making it easy to turn off. Its easy to set up but this is a little annoying. I wouldn't recommend this detector at full price. Like it for $100....machine

I Hate mine selling it bought me Nokta Makro Simplex, works 100 percent better
It has its Quarks for sure. I had the simplex a few years back it was a fun machine.
