FWIW I think Mark Rober has more chance than Zamzam and Acharya of cracking the top 20 the earliest as he has global appeal.
Zamzam are succeeding because of their huge Arab following. Arabs love vids depicting a bit of bling, day to day work in a shop and the prank of dropping a phone on the floor which they endlessly find funny, going on their subs gains. But outside the Arab countries their gains are fairly small.
Axharya is like Carry Minati (a good youtuber IMHO) except that he goes hardcore on TH-cam ads so will go further, even if his views are low. The problem he has is that Indians tend to much prefer big, already established companies, as the subs of the likes of T-Series and Set India compared to their independent channels will testify.

FWIW, here's my rough estimate (only rough as I obviously don't have upload schedules for all the channels!) of how I'd expect Mark Rober to progress up until the end of next week;
He is likely to pass;
Yolo Adventuras Thurs aft
Jess Fri lunch
Masha Sat late morning
ABS & Fernan Sat-Sun overnight
Badabun Sun early evening
Voot Sunday night
Mawa Next Monday morning
Bad bunny Next Tues morning
MikeCrack Next Fri late evening
Billie Eilish Next Sun/Mon overnight (thereby entering the Top 50, before anyone else)

UPDATE; Rober has so far pretty much kept fairly accurately to the schedule above, if a few hours out here and there, due to short bursts of pace or slowdowns from other channels. He's overtaken 8 of the 11 channels keeping him from the Top 50 in a period of less than 5 days and is actually slightly ahead of the curve and will remain thus on target by overtaking Bad Bunny into 52nd before the end of tomorrow morning which he should manage comfortably.
The biggest gap outside the Top 45 still remains of about a million subscribers separating Bad Bunny from MikeCrack and it's slowly widening as MikeCrack has upped his speed of gain of late, but Rober still stands to overtake him before Billie Eilish is similarly dealt with.👍
