I joined the RecTeq family 5 years ago. Started with an RT680 then I got the first editions of the Bullseye and Matador. I love them all. I can personally say after attending the recteq academy last month that this company is even better than you experience when dealing with them remotely from home. They are truly first class. What you see is what you get. These guys do not ham it up for the camera when doing social media videos. They are exactly the same on and off camera. The academy experience was better than I could have imagined, a memory I will have for a life time. The RecTeq crew is incredible and I thank them for making that experience so awesome. I’ve had my RecTec for about 10 years now and it is bullet proof! The most amazing part of this company is the customer service. Last year I had an issue with my smoker so I called and I believe Ray answered the phone, I told him my issue, he asked me to go to it and he had me run a few functions. He immediately knew that a part went bad so he overnighted a new one to me without any cost. This kind of service is unbelievable especially in these times. And oh, by the way, it is the greatest grill/smoker I have ever had and it’s still going strong. Amazing product and keep up the great work!

Best company and product out there! Bought a 700 and quickly bought a 590 for our seasonal campsite. We rarely use our oven anymore. Smoking, grilling, baking, pizzas, etc...it ALL taste better on the RecTec!

I was so impressed when I chatted with them on the phone, I drove down to GA to get my husband an RT700 and a matador. 2 weeks later I drove back down to get myself a bullseye.

They have hit it out of the park with outstanding products, RT-700 and superior customer service. My son in law has another brand of grill and when i mentioned the level of support i received at Christmas, he was blown away and is second guessing his grill choice. I am not for sure
Well you just got another customer, just bought the 1250 and it rocks.. Love that it is all stainless and don't have to worry about rust. I have been a Traeger buyer for some time looked for something different that wouldn't rust. It's sad they charge so much for there grill and its all rusted out. I saw a post about Recteq and had to look it up. Glad I did. So many good reviews, so I need to try. 3 days in and 3 cooks down. I love this grill. Thank you.

Great product guys. I had previously heard alittle about rectec but didn't know much. Yesterday I visited the Lehi location and was blown away. Funny thing was Ray came and talked to me right off the bat for quite some time and I didn't realize he was the co owner until they introduced him as such later. Ray is such a down to earth and chill guy to talk to about things which I wouldn't have expected an owner to be like and it was refreshing. All of your grills were very impressive and I can't wait to get one.
I got the Bull in June 2020 & added the Bullseye in November 2020, unbelievable company & no better customer service!! Live in NW Ohio & I use the grills year round, very seldom use our oven!!

I can be honest when searching to replace my Bradley smoker and looking upgrade to a pellet smoker, I only knew what was at the big box stores. As being a small company my self that is a stainless steel distributor I can relate to you. Thanks for having a dream and growing. Did a lot of research the last 2 months on pellet grills. Always been a stick burner but my friends say they swear by their pellet grills...so I took a look. I almost went with either the new Weber EPX6 Smokefire Stealth or the Traeger Timberline 850. Heard some whispers about recteq so I thought I'd do a little research on your product too. Y'all changed my mind! I ordered the RT1250 2 days ago and it will be here Thursday. Looking forward to being impressed!!
I love my cousins at RecTeq. The always treated me like family. But everyone from top to bottom. I told them I grill so much I have to buy a grill every year or every other year. They said my Bull will be the last I have to by. It was only true for a moment....but I have to have another RecTeq. Coming to get my Bullseye!
My 340 just arrived today. Got a deal on it that included...wait for it....260 lbs of pellets. I'll be picking up a packer brisket for this weekend. Hope I get it right!

I own 6 different Recteq grills, including a 680 that is over 10 years old and still cooks like it did on day one. Every model of these grills over deliver, they stay dead on temp, they're loaded with the best technology and have more stainless steel than grills 3 times the price. These are not your hardware store tin cans, they are rock solid. Something else that's rock solid is their customer service. Since I've been a customer for over 10 years, I've come to know the people at Recteq, not because I had any problem but because they are there to help with recipes, rubs or even just to talk about a cook that went well. I own a small business, we deal with dozens of vendors. None of them have customer as superb as these guys. Ask yourself, do you want some tin grill from the hardware store, or do you want a grill built with solid stainless steel and unmatched customer service. Although you never know, maybe the guy in the gardening center does have a good Brisket recipe, you might get lucky. When it comes down to it, my oldest Recteq was solid steel material and is still going strong, all my other ones are stainless, they will likely outlive me. The tin cans at the box store might give you 3 or 4 good years if you really take care of it and maybe it'll stay within 20 degrees of the set temp. Bottom line, do it right or do it over, get a Recteq and never look back.

I bought the RT-1250 because my son said how well it was made and customer service like no other. I was putting together my grill on a Sunday night about 8PM. I had a question about a part and i thought i would call Monday during normal buisness hours but then i thought you know i'm going to test that second to none customer service my son was talking about. And you know what, they answered the phone right away and had the answer I needed. Thats when i knew i bought the right grill.
Great success story grills look awesome I bbq weekly love bbq food never have tried out pellet cooking I am going to have to start saving my pennies anyone want to upgrade on the bigger model and want to sell me a used one 😀
I purchased an RT 340 ( REC TEC ) approx Jan 2019. Picked it up at the old store location, with the small shop where the grills were built across the parking lot. I purchased an RT 590 in 2022 at the new location. Congratulations on the expansion of the Rec Tec or Rec Teq products. My RT 340 is an awesome product, works flawlessly. The time of purchase between these 2 grills shows me a significant decline in product quality. ( the 590 works great but ) For example, the RT 340 works just like new, The RT 590 has had the Chinese made temp controller go bad, ( I did get a replacement under warranty but, the original RT 340 has never failed ) the grill cover failed after less than a year . ( cheap Chinese made cover )some research shows that most , if not all of the parts are Chinese manufactured. I still love the grills BUT... The REC TEC Grills were awesome The REC TEQ not as good. I still believe that the Rec Teq products quality are near ( highlight NEAR ) the top of all pellet smokers. I love my RT 590, the quality is just a bit less than the RT 340. Sometimes cutting the manufacturing cost to make more profit is a loss of product quality, and it shows. Chinese Parts. Signed, Retired ( 22 Yrs. ) Us Air Force.

Ok Ron I tried with Ray bout the 590 covers yup I just checked again and week later u guys are still out. I just refuse to use anything but the reqtec brand for my bad ass smoker dude. I purchased an RT 590 in 2022 at the new location. Congratulations on the expansion of the Rec Tec or Rec Teq products. My RT 340 is an awesome product, works flawlessly. The time of purchase between these 2 grills shows me a significant decline in product quality. ( the 590 works great but ) For example, the RT 340 works just like new, The RT 590 has had the Chinese made temp controller go bad, ( I did get a replacement under warranty but, the original RT 340 has never failed ) the grill cover failed after less than a year . ( cheap Chinese made cover )some research shows that most , if not all of the parts are Chinese manufactured. I still love the grills BUT... The REC TEC Grills were awesome The REC TEQ not as good. I still believe that the Rec Teq products quality are near ( highlight NEAR ) the top of all pellet smokers. I love my RT 590, the quality is just a bit less than the RT 340. Sometimes cutting the manufacturing cost to make more profit is a loss of product quality, and it shows. Chinese Parts. Signed, Retired ( 22 Yrs. ) Us Air Force.

Ok Ron I tried with Ray bout the 590 covers yup I just checked again and week later u guys are still out. I just refuse to use anything but the reqtec brand for my bad ass smoker dude. So come ooooooooooon guys let’s get them back in stock it’s been over a month now.🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏 like the Terminator said ILL BE BACK!!!
