The deer even still had its spots, so it was (likely) just a fawn, so it may not even be a doe.
Although it's possible that it could be from a species that never loses the spots

Loved it, not sure why but i dislike comics that have al show an expression other than a smile usually. Its just kinda weird to see. So i was glad that it always kept his grin.

Wonder what TYPE of desire. I mean, are we talking bloodlust or sexual desire? I mean, Al is ace, that ain't gonna work out so well. Besides, Charli's taken, isn't she? Bloodlust doesn't quite make sense to me either, given her entire sh'tick, here, with this hotel. Trying to redeem souls rather than let them burn. I dunno, maybe it's an AU and we aren't too worried about the canon. Question still stands, of course
I have an idea. Charlie is the daughter of Lucifer, an angel turned fallen, and Lilith, a demoness, and due to the fact she's trying to redeem sinners while also praising sin isn't allowed in her plans; maybe, just maybe she's trying to push her demonlike traits down with her angel one and seeing Alastor covered in blood trigger a primal reaction for a split second.
super late, but I believen it's more if an AU, if I remember correcte this artists ships Alaster and Charlie. Though Vivzie did say Al is ace and Charlie is bi?/pan? she also said that everyone is free to ship whoever they want

Well, ace is a continuum, so its possible that Al can feel some sexual desire. And just because Charlie has a lover whom she feels deeply for, doesn't mean she can't feel desire and love for someone else. I'm a polyamorous person and I live with my two "husbands". And yet, I can kind of relate somewhat to Alastor because of hormonal issues, I experience very little sexual desire anymore, yet still love both of them very deeply. Human sexuality is a very weird, wild and wonderful spectrum and I imagine demon sexuality is even more so.
And my husband who is an avid hunter and cook wants me to say...its probably just Al's cooking she desires!
